“If I could give 6 stars I would!! We found this wonderful Food Truck on google, while traveling through Southern Florida. Everything about this meal was wonderful....starting with the warm greetings we received from the business owner. My husband and I both ordered the flank steak special, served with Chimichurri sauce, Congri' (black beans and rice) and fries (perfectly crisp!). Such a delicious meal! Perfectly prepared with fresh ingredients. While we were enjoying our meal, the owner surprised us with a special appetizer...basically ceviche in a plantain tart cup (see photo). So creative to make the cups from fried plantains. A very special treat, that I encourage you to order! They have beautiful covered seating and outdoor patio seating. TVs keep you current on the latest games. Lively Cuban music plays in the background. They are in the process of securing an alcohol permit...until then, you may bring your own. I strongly recommend this fabulous dining experience!!“

“I discovered this food truck when visiting the Exit One taproom tonight. They were parked in the parking lot and decided to give it a try. They were willing to make menu items vegetarian for us. We ordered the burrito and the quesadilla. Their portions were big (but the condiment sizes -- salsa, sour cream, avocado spread --were on the small side).“
