When Uber Eats royally messed up and brought me someone else’s order for lunch at work, the owner of Jugo Boss instantly stepped in to help with zero hesitation. She went above and beyond and contacted them and tried to rectify the situation, even when it was at no fault of her own. And when Uber Eats refused to correct the situation or refund me, she graciously remade my order at no charge, and had a staff member personally deliver it to me at work! I mean, the dedication to her customer’s experience far exceeded any expectation I could have possibly had. She not only cared about the unfortunate situation, but she made the BEST açaí bowl, smoothie, and wrap and the entire issues stress was relieved when I was able to enjoy a delicious and healthy meal. “AMAZING! This is literally the only place I will stay in Miami now! There are 8 pools the main pool is gorgeous, it gives resort vibes! During the day I would say the drinks at the pool are not worth it for the price ( they don't put much alcohol in them) the Florida citrus salad is the most delicious lunch it has heart of palm, mint and cilantro I always add great chicken to it! The rooms are clean, renovated and spacious with a great soaking tub! I haven't eaten at the restaurants but there are several to accommodate what you are in the mood for! Also one of my favorite Miami nightclubs are located here, Liv it's gorgeous and super fun, also hosting the top djs! The main bar in the lobby is a whole vibe alone, with great cocktails and always hoping!“

“If you find yourself with nothing to do on Tuesday nights , the food trucks at Haulover park , they literally have every option there is , for every price range you want , one of the best food trucks for me would definitely be monster burger, the burger is amazing it comes with fries and they have an amazing sauce , a white one and a pink one , both to die for ! We also ordered a hot dog and it didn't disappoint, I would definitely like to try more ! The service was also amazing like always. The whole place is family friendly, there's kids everywhere playing and trying to fly their kites .“
