“The staff and the team that work at Vida are incredible. I have an egg allergy- I wrote the restaurant and not only did the manager get back to me but so didn't the chef , the general manager and the pastry chef. A special thank you to Julian,Megan and David who made sure that I had a wonderful experience for Thanksgiving. Vida has a buffet to suit any palate- from an abundance of seafood choices to traditional turkey, Prime Rib and sides fit for a King. If I mentioned everything that is an option , the review would be endless. The desserts have their own section and once you are there you can understand why. To the team that consistently takes away dirty plates and refills your drink orders, they are just friendly and personable. I come every year for Thanksgiving with my husband and we are different ends of the spectrum as far is food- and we both always walk away- full , happy and overwhelmingly satisfied. I will continue to come for thanksgiving as long as they are doing the buffet. Thank you again to the entire team at Vida for not only working on a busy holiday but providing a fine dining experience as well.“

“I was able to indulge in their 3 day juice cleanse! What a gift to my body. I did incorporate a gentle cleanse before hand; eliminating processed foods, dairy and carbs. The first day was definitely the toughest. Although it’s all in our mind! After the 3 days, I slowly started with broths, soups and smoothies. I can feel the benefit of incorporating this every year or even every 6 months!

The glow up and beetle juice are by far my favorites taste wise!

“My husband and I had the most amazing experience at this J&M Latin fusion food truck right by VOUS Church! From the moment we arrived, the energy and hospitality were unmatched. You can truly feel how much love they put into what they do.

The food… WOW. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious—dumplings, sushi, chicken kebabs—each dish was flavorful, fresh, and surprisingly light. You know it’s high-quality food when you wake up the next day still feeling great, and that was exactly our experience!

Came in with a group of 5 and it took forever to get anything, due to the fact they only had one server on staff who had to serve and bartend for a full restaurant.

“Love Japow! The Strawberry Daifuku flavor is exceptional. One the best shaved ice I've ever had. It's so delicate, creamy, and delicious. The quality of the chocolate, the fresh strawberries , and mini mochi take it over the top. It's nice they use natural flavors. Loved the service. We had no idea what to order and the lady there helped us figure out what we should try by asking us if we preferred fruity or creamy flavors or both. We decided chocolate and strawberries would be best, and she was right! Best choice! This place is special. Whenever in Design District will be back for sure.“

“In 2024, I participated in the Key2MIA tour, which took place around Juneteenth. One of the stops on the tour was “Meat the Veggies,” where I had the chance to try their food for the first time. I was blown away by their impressive presentation, beautifully set-up tent, and food truck. I was genuinely excited to try whatever they were offering, and thank goodness I did—it was absolutely delicious! Their mango chipotle sauce quickly became my favorite, and I even tagged and persistently reached out to them for months just to get more of it. I also tried their pulled oxtail meat, which was a solid 10/10. It’s a must-try, and I highly recommend it. I truly love this brand!“

The shrimp and grits was my absolute favorite !!!! They even gifted me candles to congratulate me on my upcoming nuptials.
