Stopped by this food truck after flying into town for the 1st time. Had some salmon, salad, tostones, a steak sandwich, and a creamy smoothie — all were delicious. Parking is in the lot sharing with a photo studio. There’s a cute, artsy outside eating space too with psychedelic tunes playing and the owner checked on us to make sure we were good. Definitely recommend!
We wanted to eat something a little different. El Zambo was perfect. My friend enjoyed the steak tacos. Nothing left on the plate. The grilled Salmon! Wonderfully seasoned. So full of flavor, cooked just perfect. The tostones added perfectly to the meal. Blackberry juice,delicious. A meal I'll dream about. Can't wait to return!
