True Baristas Coffee Truck | Brickell Arch is a hidden gem in Brickell. The best coffee in Miami. The truck is downstairs, the cafe is on the Mezzanine. Awesome staff explained the menu and popular items. The Tiramisu latte (iced) and the Dalgona cold brew were both 10/10, some of the best coffee ever. The Cuban oat milk latte has a special sweetener that made it cuban style, tasted great. The spinach and cheese empanada was crispy on the outside and the fillings were cheesy with spinach, not too heavy for breakfast. Cold brew coffee is $7 each with tax. They do not brew or drip coffee as their beverages are all espresso based. Worth the try and has tables for outdoor seating. Every cup is a masterpiece. The flavor, the aroma, the consistency is unmatched. The team is warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Highly recommended to give this coffee shop a go.
