“Food was amazing and the server was very busy. She did keep apologizing for my wait to order. The problem is the Hostess was very angry because it was busy. When I walked in, there was a wait. I said oh it's a little busy huh. She became angry and said yeah way to busy. What?!? Then I found out why. She wanted to play on her phone, which she was doing every chance she got. This is why most businesses now have a no cell phone on the floor policy.“

“I’ll admit, I was a little nervous when we first walked in because the restaurant was completely empty. Usually when you see a place with no one inside, you start wondering if that’s a bad sign 😅. But I was actually very pleasantly surprised once the food came out.

Our server, Danna, was really nice, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed.

I ordered the pepper steak, and my dad ordered the brisket sandwich. My dad REALLY liked his brisket and basically agreed with what so many of the other positive reviews have said about it. He thought it was really good.

My pepper steak was also very good. It had a lot of flavor, was well seasoned, and I definitely enjoyed it. The only reason I wouldn’t personally give my dish a perfect 5/5 is that toward the end, some of the steak started to have a slightly gritty or almost sandy texture. It wasn’t enough to ruin the meal at all, but it was something I noticed.

Overall, though, we had a really good experience. The food was much better than I expected walking in, the service was great, and I’d definitely come back and try some of the other dishes—especially after seeing how much my dad liked that brisket sandwich.“

“We were served by Yanelys, it was a pleasure for her wonderful service. The owner Elso was very friendly, he sat at our table and it was very pleasant, remembering our roots, the restaurant serves delicious Cuban food, including pork sandwiches, roast pork and tamales.“

“This is a roadside stand. The food is ready to go and you only wait for the fresh ribs. We recently moved down here and this is on the main road that takes us to our community. The food is amazing! The ribs are juicy, they have a really great flavor even without the bbq sauce which is also really good. Will try to remember to take pictures of the food and update the review.“
