“Came back here for the second time and honestly, this place is still one of my favorite food spots in Miami so far. Everything we had was cooked really well, fresh, and had so much flavor. You can tell they actually put care into the food, not just rushing plates out.

The atmosphere is also really nice, which makes the whole meal even better. Good food, good vibe, and the service was solid too. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Easy 5 stars for me.“

“We went to Miami from Southern Illinois for a golf tournament and decided to try Famous Dave’s for supper. The only disappointment that we had was we waited until the day before we left to eat there. The food was phenomenal and the service was great. We would have loved to have eaten there another day to try some other barbecue. Who would have thought there would be the gem of a bbq joint in South Florida. I never expected it and I would highly recommend. Our server Christian worked hard and done a great job.“

“We’ve been coming here for years and the experience keeps getting better and better. The entire staff is extremely welcoming and makes you feel at home every time. We visit at least once a month, and it has become one of our family favorites.

The menu has evolved in a really good way over the years, with more variety and consistently great quality. The kids absolutely love the arepas here — especially the arepa con queso rallado and the cheese arepitas.

Most of the time I order the Arepa Pico e Gallo, which is an absolute must-try. My husband loves the Parrilla Pico e Gallo as well. And the new parrilla a la leña is honestly out of this world — incredible flavor, perfectly cooked, and one of the best things we’ve tried there recently.

Everything is flavorful, fresh, and generously portioned. If you’re looking for authentic Venezuelan BBQ and comfort food with a warm atmosphere and consistently excellent food, this place is definitely worth visiting.“

I’ve never been and found this quaint little area with food trucks and the burger and milkshake here was divine. There’s a nice outside patio bar five or six food trucks that serve different food. I would definitely go back.!“

“In 2024, I participated in the Key2MIA tour, which took place around Juneteenth. One of the stops on the tour was “Meat the Veggies,” where I had the chance to try their food for the first time. I was blown away by their impressive presentation, beautifully set-up tent, and food truck. I was genuinely excited to try whatever they were offering, and thank goodness I did—it was absolutely delicious! Their mango chipotle sauce quickly became my favorite, and I even tagged and persistently reached out to them for months just to get more of it. Absolutely everything we tasted, from the sangria, to the appetizers to the meal itself and dessert was absolutely amazing! The service was also top notch! Rosy was very attentive, friendly and gave great recommendations. Tony greeted us at the door and was also very friendly. The restaurant itself is beautiful! Came in with a group of 5 and it took forever to get anything, due to the fact they only had one server on staff who had to serve and bartend for a full restaurant.

I give full stars because the place was great, but c'mon dude, one server is not enough to accommodate a whole restaurant.“
