“The mobile app., cancels your $85 order, claiming a glitch! Management seemed disinclined to help when I arrived to pick up my order and found that it had been cancelled. Thankfully, Ms. Paula and the other manager helped me place my order again and quickly got me on my way. “Hinigio” (hopefully I remember his name correctly) was the sweetest, most empathetic employee I’ve ever encountered at a fast food chain! He helped me from beginning to end and was proactive in finding a solution instead of gathering excuses or being negative about the situation! Thank you ladies and Hinigio!
