“Typically I hate coming to this McDonald’s the staff is rude all of the time. The order is always messed up or I have to end up going back to get missing items. However today my visit started with a courteous employee name Joshua. He was engaging polite and answered my questions about the cookies that were missing from the menu. He greeted me and wished me a good day once he gave me my receipts. Then at the second window the gentlemen continued the elevated service. So thank you for changing my mind about this location. I do hope they continue with this service and morale!“
“The mobile app., cancels your $85 order, claiming a glitch! Management seemed disinclined to help when I arrived to pick up my order and found that it had been cancelled. Thankfully, Ms. Paula and the other manager helped me place my order again and quickly got me on my way. “Hinigio” (hopefully I remember his name correctly) was the sweetest, most empathetic employee I’ve ever encountered at a fast food chain! He helped me from beginning to end and was proactive in finding a solution instead of gathering excuses or being negative about the situation! Thank you ladies and Hinigio! My students enjoyed their special treat!“

I was there waiting she asked me what did I want them again and as I was telling she said wait and took care of a new drive true customer

“On 07/27/25 @ 4:12 pm i went through the DT and ordered a happy meal hamburger and got charged $24.91 instead of the $6.99 i went bck they gave me the refund of 24.91 but i still had to pay for the mistake i didn’t do which i feel like the cashier that was working at that time should have paid for not repeating my order and for making a mistake. I come here all the time and never had a problem with yall until now , PLEASE TELL YOUR CASHIER TO REPEAT THE ODERS SO THEY WONT CONTINUE MAKING THIS MISTAKE“
“I had use my points to get a free chessburger with a small fry .the person at the back window was very friendly and read my order back to me and when I got to the 2nd window the young lady did the same thing very friendly young ladies

Food was your standard McDonald's nothing out of the ordinary.
Service was fine not overly friendly not rude just another day at McDonald's.
It can get busy when the traffic at Walmart coincide.“
