“Went to The Licking One hour ago - South Miami Location. I was served by Trenese She was knowledgeable about the menu. She was friendly. I ordered the Fried Conch Dinner, with candied yams, collard greens & a side of pigeon, peas and rice. I was delighted by the quality of the food. I was so impressed. When I got home I asked my son to come over and do a taste test. He enjoyed the food and now I have shared the location with him. The Licking Food was a good value for my money. The place was spotless, and the air conditioning was working very well. I will be returning.“

“From the moment we entered we were greated by 2 young men who were very nice and working hard. A pleasant departure from the norm today. The food was on point to say the least. Fresh fried chicken, black eyed peas, mac and cheese, lime beans and greens each outdid the other. We will be back.“
