“regular here and they told me that if I ordered on the Kiosk my senior drink cup is free (instead of 25 cents) and has been for many visits. Well this time this apparently was NOT going to be the case. So Dalton tells me that's not the case and I will have to pay an additional 25 cents. All I had was a credit card and I thought this is bizarre and inconsistent. I'm a 5-Star operator in several businesses and I always take care of my regular customers. In this case a 69 year old Captain with the United States Coast Guard was treated with absolutely no respect. Was this really worth the 25 cents for a small senior cup. And btw, I drink water!!!“

“Purchased the number 2 (3 beef soft tacos) and 4 (1 crunchwrap supreme , 1 beef crunchy taco) off the menu.
The dining area was clean (floors, tables, chairs). The menu items are reasonably priced.
Lastly, the staff were polite and engaging.
I will be back again, recommend if you are looking for a not expensive meal.“

“I just want to give this taco bell location a very big shout out. Thank u for the bean and rice burrito and supreme hard shell taco and letting me charge my phone and get some work done. This location is a very pretty store and the staff is kind. I love all the Christmas Decorations. It's a new location. Come visit and let em know the General says hi.“

“Was a fan of this restraunt at least one day a week we ate there. Was not pleased when we last went. Waitress forgot our request with our order. My husbands order was half eaten by the time mine arrived. Ask for the male waiter he is not forgetful.. probably will not be back.“

“Stopped by here with the wife for a late lunch. The place was not busy and it would seem they were in the middle of a shift change, but we were greeted by one of the crew members coming off shift and told someone would be with us shortly. We received adequate portion sizes, which was a surprise, as most places are skimping on the amount they serve. The food was good and hot and the service was on point. The only issue was the majority of the tables were dirty. All in all, a good visit.“

“Who doesn’t like Taco Bell? The Crystal River location is particularly good! The premises is always neat and clean (the exterior as well) the staff is vey accommodating and willing to explain the various items. The food is carefully prepared. I understand the Manager actually works the line. Now that’s dedication. Congratulations to all, always a pleasure to eat at the Crystal River Taco Bell!“
