“I would for sure return here. The cashier, and I think manager, Kimberly was friendly as was the other employees that I spoke with. My food came out quickly and was good. I watched as they assisted another customer with a small issue. Truly customer service taught here.“

Completely fabricated gave me half a spoon of chicken and blamed it on a manager. I saw with my own eyes how he just lied and blamed the manager. Kid should learn manners. U fortunely he should t be working at chipotle.

“The food was really good. It really hit the spot and filled us up. I could tell the cooks really took their time when preparing our food. Would've given a higher rating but the entire time I was there someone was hogging the women's restroom. I knocked twice and still no one came out. They need to at least add a second stall into the bathroom instead of it being a single.“

“This is my favorite Mexican Restaurant. The food is always great and the service is outstanding even when they are busy. I always ask for Gabby. She is a great Server and more like dealing with a friend than a waitress. Gabby is always helpful when I have questions.“

“We went to the Fiests Grande restaurant today (2-1-25). Somebody told the manager that my husband was stealing a cup that was on another table. My husband saw the cup and was showing me how cool it was (we are seniors and if my husband liked a cup that he saw he would have asked our server if the restaurant sold them, we do not have to steal. Nor were we dressed poorly.) So, the manager came over to us, and demanded to look in my husband's bag. I felt so bad for my husband! The look on his face! He was mortified! She did not find a cup, because my husband did not take anything. She embarrassed my husband and me in front of everyone. I approched the manager and told her she was out of line and she told me she had to protect her customers...well, my husband and I were also her customers, she didn't protect us from public humiliation! She also told me " I am Mexican, I know how it feels. I don't know what she meant by that. We will never visit that restaurant again, and probably won't go to Mt. Dora again either! Needless to say, our beautiful day was ruined.“
