Great place on the good side of town nice faces good food… never fails
There’s a woman here with really long fake eyelashes and she opened a pack of tortillas with her mouth and a SPIT STRING stretched from her glove to her mouth. I’m pregnant and this is disgusting and unsanitary. Working in the food industry you never open things with your mouth let alone in front of customers. So disgusting I said actually i don’t want anything but thank you and left. If anyone cares enough to play the cameras it’s was around 12:40 today.
Good service and food. Quick in and out. The atmosphere always looks chaotic, but they get it done.

Chipotle Mexican Grill has received mixed reviews from customers. Many appreciate the food quality, describing it as good and fresh, particularly enjoying items like chicken bowl burritos. Some customers noted that the staff is friendly and efficient, especially during less busy times. However, there are complaints about slow service during peak hours, which can lead to frustrating experiences. One customer had to return to pick up missing items from a catering order, causing delays for a party.
While the food is generally well-received, some diners found the prices to be high for a fast-casual restaurant, with one meal costing $47 for three bowls and drinks. Cleanliness is also a concern, with tables needing attention. Customer service experiences vary; some employees, like Teo and Tiffany, received praise for their helpfulness, while others were criticized for complaining instead of assisting during busy times. Overall, Chipotle offers a mix of quality food and customer service, but efficiency and cleanliness could be improved.
