“My husband and I just ordered for the first time and their food is SO DELICIOUS! I got the burger basket and it is honestly one of the best burgers I have ever had, and the fries were cooked perfectly. My husband got the Florida Philly and we were both amazed at the size and everything that came with his dinner! We have found our new favorite spot for this kinda food! If you haven't tried it I STRONGLY URGE you to try this place! The customer service was impeccable starting with Dawn on the phone and ending with the sweetest delivery driver!“
“These guys are amazing. They always have great customer service. The serving sizes are huge and the food is out of this world. Best cheese fries and cheese steaks in town! We've had problems with grub hub delivery in the past and they made sure our food got to us and went above and beyond. You will not be disappointed!“
“Devohn and Rose are OUTSTANDING employees here. They were very friendly and helpful on our first visit. They will make you feel welcome and they are always smiling. We’ve been back to this location twice more, mainly due to the employees.The food is great.The Philly is tasty, lots of meat and the perfect amount of grilled onion, peppers, and mushrooms.Boneless wings are outstanding. Pick your sauce from numerous options. Favorites so far: spicy buffalo lemon pepper, Korean BBQ, Thai Chili, and Hot Honey.The fries are great as well.The property is clean every time we visit.Just an all around enjoyable experience at a quick restaurant. “Love this Restaurant Lou’s Chicken is so far my favorite meal there it’s a chicken and flat thin pasta dish with sun dried tomatoes and mushrooms in an oil and herb sauce i love it there salads and dressing is delicious i had the balsamic vinaigrette dressing highly recommended my Girlfriend had Shrimp Cocktail and raspberry vinaigrette dressing on her salad and Lou’s Chicken…i want to try the bacon wrapped dates next time anyone in the New Port Richey Main Street Area I highly recommend Boulevard Beef And Ale and they let me be a dork on the back patioVegetarian options: Pastas can be done vegetarian and customized and a gluten free optionDietary restrictions: They have vegetarian options and gluten free options for meals highly recommendParking: There is a small parking lot in back off of Nebraska avenue but is has limited capacity because the building and town was built in the early 1900’s before cars were a twinkle in Henry Fords EyeKid-friendliness: They have kid friendly optionsWheelchair accessibility: The back patio is very wheelchair accessible“

“Finally had the chance to stop in for a bite on Thursday. Glen (really nice guy) greeted us when we arrived and went over the menu with us. Waited about 10 minutes for our food to come out. We got the Buffalo Chicken Fries which were so delicious & Glen hooked me up with extra extra ranch, my favorite! haha. There was so much food we had to take them home and eat the rest over the weekend.I got the Cowboy burger and you could definitely tell the meat was fresh. The burger was HUGE, the crispy onion rings and BBQ sauce sent it over the top! One of the best burgers I've ever eaten. My fiancé had the Ultimate Philly Burger with onion rings and there was so much meat it was falling out of the bun. The food was fresh and so delish! We will definitely be back. Next time we hope to save some room for ice cream and we for sure want to try some of the other menu items! You can definitely tell they go above and beyond for every customer that walks in the door.
