So I preordered food for my boyfriend and I through the app for a 8:20 pickup time, while I was home my boyfriend went to pick up the food, he got there around 8:35 and sat in the lane for pickup, ignored until all the inside orders were prioritized. Then when given the bag he said it was essentially “thrown” towards him by a worker with attitude. When we opened the food, my burrito was half assed thrown together and not even fully wrapped. The food was good just hard to eat.
Good people, good food, excellent service. Jayden is the best.

And apparently I can ask for more of most of the toppings without being charged extra, if the typical scoop looks a little small to me.

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers excellent food that is delicious and made exactly the way customers want it when they ask. The crew is welcoming, kind, and accommodating, and the store is clean with a good environment. Workers make the food quickly and put it together well, and customers can ask for more of most of the toppings without being charged extra if the typical scoop looks small. One customer was happy to find this new restaurant close by and called it a new dinner spot.
However, some experiences were less positive. One customer preordered food through the app for a pickup time, but the order was ignored while inside orders were prioritized, and the bag was essentially thrown by a worker with attitude. The burrito was half assed thrown together and not fully wrapped, though the food was good, just hard to eat. Another customer noted skimp portions, with barely any beans and barely any chicken for the bowls, and when more beans were requested, none were prepped.
