Don't even bother thinking you're going to get good service because you're not they are very incompetent. Don't like to get your food that they forget give you nasty face and attitude. And need to hire better staff instead of hot Cheeto eating high schoolers
The service was great, but I made a mistake in trying the Classic Flounder fish sandwich (instead of sticking with the always fantastic chicken sandwich). This did not live up to all the hype I read! The breading was too thick and not appetizing. If only they came up with a fish sandwich that was as good as their chicken sandwich, and kept it on their menu year round...

African American worker is very lazy infront of the register playing in the phone and lazy to hear out the explanation why the sandwich is not warm enough. The blackened sandwich was hard inside and not easy to chew. They reject to give same one because they are out of it but when I asked for different one, then finally gave another one. Not a good customer service experience here.
