I lived down the street from here for years and have never been. I've always passed it up. Im so glad i stopped by! The boardwalk trail is a lot longer than you would think. Many benches along the way to just sit and enjoy. The mangroves are stunning and right across the street is the beach. What more can you ask for ?
What a great stop on the way to our rental property. I loved that it was large enough for my dogs to have fun and get some energy out- but not too big enough here I have to chase after my dogs when it's time to go. Friendly locals and the dog wash station with free shampoo was the cherry on top.

The little ninja crabs were a unique site to see. It's all boardwalk and a nice place to go on a stroll. Neat facts along the way.I would not make this a highlight of my vacation but a compliment if you have 30 min to spare.It is not animal friendly, and not a great place to bike or other wheeled transportation.
