Amanda was an amazing server! She was very patient while me and my best friend had no idea what to order! Not once did we have to call her over for a refill or anything she just noticed and did it 10/10 service will be back thank you Amanda!! :)))
Me and my best friend had such an amazing experience here! It is right on the water and the shrimp and food were SO GOOD!

Our first visit to the new Bubba Gump out at Jax Beach (formally Joe’s Crab Shack) was a SUCCESS — even with a feral toddler in his gremlin phase 😂

Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. at Jax Beach offers a fun environment right on the water with a gorgeous oceanview patio seating that is actually cooler than inside. The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and inviting, with a lively atmosphere that can be kinda loud. Guests are immediately greeted by the hostess. The shrimp and food are SO GOOD, with dishes like the crab and shrimp dip, Jenny's Salmon and Shrimp, Forrest's Feast, and the chicken salad. The Forrest's Feast is fried golden brown and the hush pups make you want a second batch to take home. The steak is cooked perfectly, though the mashed potatoes left something to be desired. Service is exceptional, with servers who are patient, nice, and attentive, keeping beverages full and making sure food comes out HOT and CORRECT. The store manager goes the extra mile, even bringing a balloon for a child. The entire team works together, jumping in to help one another. A great experience all the way around that lives up to the hype.
