Hadn’t been to Japanese Steak House in a while & very much enjoyed our experience. Celebrated a birthday too
Food was okay not great. Server and chef were not friendly , customer service is very dry. Waited for a bit in the waiting area before being acknowledged.
I never write bad reviews but this is the worse hibachi place I’ve ever been to. The staff seemed annoyed with us and if they didn’t want a 1:30 pm reservation they shouldn’t have taken it. We were the only costumers in there and they close at 3 pm. The waitress didn’t like that we were sitting at 2 tables. Our originally reservation was 11 and we added 2 more. Despite arriving late, the sushi is exceptionally fresh and delicious, which impresses customers. The server's warmth and attentiveness create a welcoming atmosphere, and the excellent service and food make for an amazing experience. Customers are grateful and plan to return, highly recommending this spot to others. The ninja roll is a popular dish, and the waitstaff, such as Zhen, are described as sweet and attentive.
