“One year ago we lost a very dear friend, co-worker, family member and loved one! We went to seasons 52 to celebrate his life and brought with us (his ashes). The staff at seasons 52 town center Jacksonville Florida was amazing and accepted the situation as if he was there! From the bar tender Michael who served him a drink to the receptionist who Renee who made us fell very welcome and treated our friend with respect and dignity to our waiter Blake who also went the extra mile to make our experience exceptional! We would like to recognize these people for helping us make our friends night out so very special we will be back every year because of them and the service, not to mention the food was amazing! Thank you!“

“The food was absolutely delicious from the appetizers and salads to the entrees and desserts. The server went above and beyond without interrupting or being a “helicopter” server. He was also very humorous and nice, which added to my birthday dinner occasion. I highly recommend the Ruth's Chris in Ponte Vedra!“

“The gentleman that was our waiter tonight was AMAZING as well as the hostess who seated us within minutes of arriving. However the quality of the ribs were not the best, but they were good enough to eat. The lobster tail was magnificent and the bread was fresh. Our waiter constantly checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our evening, which was greatly appreciated. Management, thank you for running a smooth shift and having people that really go above and beyond for their guests.“

“This is a shout out to the hostess Layla, and our server Ariel. My boyfriend and I sent our dog to heaven, and after burying him, we went to get some food from y’all. Our server, Ariel was absolutely amazing and made sure that we had everything we needed. You’re hostess, Layla, went above and beyond. She bought me, presented at the end of the meal, a dog plushy that is able to be warmed up so that you can hug him. The staff overall was so warm and kind in the hardship that we were dealing with. I have worked customer service industry for 23 years and the level at which your staff was performing their service to their guests was above and beyond. I will never forget the kindness that was shown when our hearts were breaking. Thank you so much.“

“Fantastic food and excellent service at Texas Roadhouse!
We had such a great experience here! I ordered the premium ribs and my husband got the two-meat combo. Everything was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The Cactus Blossom was crispy and delicious, definitely a must-try starter!
And that frozen margarita? Amazing! The fresh fruit pieces on top were a sweet surprise and made it extra refreshing.
Even though the place was packed, the service was still top-notch. The staff was attentive and friendly the entire time, always checking in and making sure we had everything we needed.
We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back!“

“The food was excellent. Our server Amanda was very courteous. Sean the GM was outstanding ! We had driven a ways to celebrate a friend's birthday. We were told that without a reservation, they could only seat 4 people. We had 7 people in our party. Sean made sure we were accommodated, seated and checked on us throughout our dinner! Thank you Sean!!! You are definitely 5 star!!“

“We've been working in the Jax Beach/Ponte Vedra area for awhile. We've extended at Longhorn multiple times. Jules took great care of us. Lunch special cost about the same as fast food, but taste and food are much better. Fries are great. Burgers and chicken sandwiches are always on point. We'll keep going back.“
