The staff at seasons 52 town center Jacksonville Florida was amazing and accepted the situation as if he was there! From the bar tender Michael who served him a drink to the receptionist who Renee who made us fell very welcome and treated our friend with respect and dignity to our waiter Blake who also went the extra mile to make our experience exceptional! We would like to recognize these people for helping us make our friends night out so very special we will be back every year because of them and the service, not to mention the food was amazing! “We had an incredible experience at The Capital Grille last night Friday and Mary truly made our evening unforgettable. From the moment we were seated, she was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. She made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of.

Mary was very knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. Her timing was perfect — drinks were refilled without us even having to ask, and each course came out smoothly and at just the right pace. She checked in just enough to make sure everything was perfect without ever being intrusive.

What stood out most was her positive attitude and attention to detail. You can tell she truly cares about providing excellent service. Because of Mary, our dining experience felt elevated and special.

“On March 8 we visited this new restaurant for the first time. Right at the entrance we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary glass of champagne, which was a lovely touch.
I really loved the atmosphere — the restaurant is beautiful and very stylish, and that’s something that’s very important to me.
The waiters and managers were very attentive and clearly trying to make the service as good as possible. I ordered a lemonade and it was really nice that it was homemade. They even made it exactly the way I asked.
For my main course I ordered lamb on the bone, and it was absolutely delicious. Before that we had shrimp as an appetizer in some kind of amazing sauce. Unfortunately I forgot the name of the sauce, but if you go there, definitely order it.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back.“

“If your not in a rush, the atmosphere is great, but the service was extremely slow at 2pm on a Friday and not very busy. We waited 25 minutes for the order of a burger, side salad, strawberry salad and onion soup, plus another 20 minutes just to get the bill, and your water was never filled.“

“Can I just start off by saying outstanding customer service to Sebastian. If your manager is reading this please give this gentleman a raise 🙏! He was fast , very educated about the menu items , and full of joy with a charming smile . Our experience was lovely here and the food was the bomb . Mom dukes had the baby back ribs full of so much flavor and a great portion that covered the whole plate. Me myself the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls were phenomenal 😋 along with the fresh handmade french fries. Also, for dessert, the fudge sundae was delicious as well . If your looking for a afforable restaurant Firebirds is definitely it ! If you go to this location ask for Sebastian he will definitely make sure your served with the upmost respect.
