“One year ago we lost a very dear friend, co-worker, family member and loved one! We went to seasons 52 to celebrate his life and brought with us (his ashes). The staff at seasons 52 town center Jacksonville Florida was amazing and accepted the situation as if he was there! From the bar tender Michael who served him a drink to the receptionist who Renee who made us fell very welcome and treated our friend with respect and dignity to our waiter Blake who also went the extra mile to make our experience exceptional! We would like to recognize these people for helping us make our friends night out so very special we will be back every year because of them and the service, not to mention the food was amazing! “So we hadn't been here in a while and went with friends last night. Everything was really great, the drinks, the food and mostly the service. After dinner we ordered coffee and dessert. They brought the dessert but never brought the coffee. We had to track down our waiter to ask about our coffee. Finally got it and credit to Firebirds since they didn't charge us for it. All in all, the food was really very good so would definitely try to go again more often.“

“We came here to celebrate my and my son's birthday (There were 5 of us). Nuala was our server and she was amazing! She was right on top of getting our drinks and had our food orders perfect! Between the 5 of us, we had the filet mignon, the dry aged NY strip, the tuna (that was mine and it was awesome) and the salmon (plus lobster bisque, and for starters we tried the Nueske's Smoked Bacon, the Crab Cocktain and the Prosciutto Mozzarella).Every thing was cooked perfect and topped off with excellent service, we couldn't have had a nicer dinner!! “My Shrimp Scampi was very disappointing. It lacked any flavor. Very disappointed. We have been to this restaurant at least 10 times in the past. Most likely will not go back. My wife had their Chicken Picatta and she said it was just ok. Service was excellent. My Sister -In - Law loves their Short Ribs and that has been the reason we always take her there when she comes to visit. She loved her dinner. Their portion sizes are excellent, love the bread, but just cannot justify returning because my dish was really poorly made. No, I did not say anything to the waiter. I did not want my Sister-In-Law to feel uncomfortable since she always ask to go there.“

“Relaxing and peaceful views here! When I come here, I only dine outside in the back facing the ocean. Personally, I enjoy coming here during the week (during the week they’re only open Wednesday through Friday 7am to 11am) because it’s typically never crowded and I enjoy the peace and tranquility that come with the amazing views and ocean breeze. The menu items are very good quality and reasonably priced. My only reason for docking a star on my review is because they’re booked quite frequently (usually majority of the restaurant is reserved), service is not the fastest (however, the managing owner Carol is kind and amiable), and on numerous occasions they don’t answer the phone so it’s difficult to plan breakfast or brunch when they don’t answer the phone and on several occasions, I’ve had to be turned away on a empty hungry stomach which isn’t a good feeling. Otherwise, I’d definitely recommend checking this place out if you have the opportunity. My personal recommendations are the mimosas (get the bottomless jug) and the blue crabomelette.“
