“As the Celebrations Director of Discovery Villages of Deerwood, i am always looking for good places to take My Residents for their Lunch Outs. M Shack at Town Center was top notch...in every way. From helping each one with their order to Doggy Bags To-go. We had 9 guest visiting. The shake machine was down initially but as soon as it was up, a staff member made sure everyone got their order in and delivered. One gentleman sat at the bar with his beer and the bartender. Wine was enjoyed with the Porta Bello and oh my the loaded tater tots! Burgers were cooked to perfection. And trust me...I work with a very picky crowd! Above all... Royce was such a gentleman and extremely attentive to all of my sweet people. They all raved about our visit all the way home. MShack of Town Center will definitely be at the top of our list! ~ Diana“

“We had the best night at Aqua Grill! Our waitress Angela was phenomenal - guided us through wine, appetizer, and entrees with great knowledge of the menu! We ate on the patio and had the best service. I've eaten here three times now and ordered a few different items (Cantonese red fish and vidalia crusted flounder are my favorites), everything has been a 10/10.“

“You go here for the steak and it is always amazing. The service is attentive. My only negative comment is that the two top tables are too big. I was here for my boyfriends birthday and we felt like there was no intimacy. We were sat in a nice corner kind of next to the bar/kitchen, so we couldn't move a chair to the side of the table. And I mean the table was about 42" long. over all it was a nice special occasion dinner.“

“One year ago we lost a very dear friend, co-worker, family member and loved one! We went to seasons 52 to celebrate his life and brought with us (his ashes). The staff at seasons 52 town center Jacksonville Florida was amazing and accepted the situation as if he was there! From the bar tender Michael who served him a drink to the receptionist who Renee who made us fell very welcome and treated our friend with respect and dignity to our waiter Blake who also went the extra mile to make our experience exceptional! We would like to recognize these people for helping us make our friends night out so very special we will be back every year because of them and the service, not to mention the food was amazing! Thank you!“

“We had an absolutely wonderful evening at The Capital Grille and couldn't wait to share our experience! From the moment we walked in, the elegant yet warm atmosphere set the perfect tone—sophisticated, comfortable, and ideal for a special night out. The food was outstanding. We ordered the filet and scallops, and both were cooked perfectly—tender, flavorful, and exactly as requested. Every bite was a delight and truly exceeded our expectations. But what truly made our night unforgettable was our incredible bartender, Aline. She was an absolute gem! Aline greeted us with a bright smile and warm energy that immediately made us feel at home at the bar. Beyond the drinks, she was so engaging, attentive, and genuinely fun to talk with. She remembered small details about our orders and made us feel like valued guests rather than just customers. Aline and the servers work very hard towards excellence and truly deserve excellent treatment and recognition for their outstanding efforts. Their professionalism and personality elevated the entire experience. We left smiling, full, and already planning our next visit. The Capital Grille delivered on every level, and Aline was the standout star of the evening. If you're looking for a memorable steakhouse experience with fantastic service, look no further. “This is my absolute new favorite coffee shop! As a jax beach local, this coffee shop beats the rest by far! From the cozy, welcoming environment, to the beachy feel and aesthetic! Prices are great, and the food is delicious! Definitely would highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing coffee, and incredible food! (There is also a nice beer, wine and mimosa selection! Yum!)“
