“We have eaten here 3 times now when we come to visit our daughter. Food has been really good every time.the Brussel sprout app is a go to for us! Service has been good with the exception of our 1st time when you had recently opened we had a young boy who kept forgetting everything and our daughter’s water was empty even after asking for a refill. We weren’t too worried about it because we know new places have bumps in the road.“

“We had a good experience but it was disappointing when my vodka martini came without any olives. The waiter acted like that was an unusual request but brought me 3 stuffed olives. Upon receiving our bill, it showed a charge of $3 for the olives! As for the food, the shrimp and lobster rolls (there were 2) were excellent and each had a generous portion of lobster in them. The whole snapper entree was flavorful but a little on the dry side. We enjoy dining at Aqua Grill but usually reserve it for a special occasion as it is pricey.“

“It is hard to know where to start. My family has celebrated many special occasions at Ruth’s Chris in Ponte Vedra and Jacksonville over the years, but tonight’s experience was truly exceptional.

We came to the Ponte Vedra location to celebrate my father’s 86th birthday. It is his favorite restaurant, and the entire staff made the evening feel special. The service was impeccable, and as always, the food was delicious.

A couple of dishes did not initially come out exactly as ordered. It happens, and all any guest could ask is that they be corrected. The staff took care of everything promptly, but then the manager, Brian, did something completely unexpected. He came to our table and told us dinner was on them.

It was an incredibly generous gesture, especially from a restaurant of this caliber, and something I have never experienced before. Perhaps Brian did it because he understood how important the evening was to our family, or perhaps this is simply how he takes care of his guests. Either way, it left a lasting impression on all of us.

As we were leaving, staff members throughout the restaurant wished my father a happy birthday. Everyone treated him like a king and made his 86th birthday one we will always remember.

Brian and the team went far beyond what was necessary. We cannot thank them enough for their kindness, generosity and exceptional hospitality.“
