On this evening, the main courses (fish, chicken) were excellent, but the sides (carbs, veggies) were barely warm. Management was very considerate when billing. Their customer service was above and beyond from the initial call about pricing, to the day I placed the order and the day the wings were picked up even holding the door for me to carry them out. “I was driving by Voodoo Shrimp Shack, I had never been there or even heard of them as I'd just moved here 5 months ago from MA & I decided to stop. I asked my husband if he wanted a Shrimp Roll for lunch he did. When I saw the Menu I changed my mind I asked if the Lobster was Maine Lobster Bill gave me a sample. It was delicious I originally thought the rolls were a little pricey but I decided to get them anyway. I got Maryland Crab Roll (it's made with Maryland Blue Crab Lump Meat, Romelade Sauce & Old Bay) on a Brioche Roll 😋& a Maine Style Lobster Roll (I had it warmed in butter with mayo on the side) on a toasted roll. they came with a bag of chips each, 2 homemade pickle spears each & a lemon wedge. After I saw the Rolls I didn't think they were pricey at all, they were packed with meat & so Delicious my Mouth is watering 😋 just thinking about them. Now let's talk about Bill, I think he's the owner. He's Great, Customer Service is 10+ *** He gave me samples while I waited for my food, a little history of his business & talked about his family. You don't see Customer Service this good too much anymore. I highly recommend Voodoo Shrimp Shack & suggest You go there it's on Rt #17 in Yulee, plenty of parking, a place to sit outside if you don't want to take it with you. Just Go Check Them Out!“

“We had a great meal here the other night. We chose to sit outside under the covered patio which was great because the indoor dining area was little noisy. They brought out complimentary bread and an amuse-bouche to start. We ordered the Bone Marrow and Escargot as our appetizer, which was very tasty. I actually prefer this version over the Escargot option at David's. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and selected some wines to complement our meals. For the entree I ordered the Faroe Island Salmon and my partner ordered the Georges Bank Sea Scallops. He said they were some of the best scallops he's ever had. We finished off the night by ordering the Chocolate Bomb for dessert which was also delicious. It was light and rich, and it came drizzled with a raspberry sauce that really enhanced the flavors overall (I'm a sucker for raspberry). We will definitely be coming back to explore more of the menu.“

“So my wife and I were traveling Amelia Island and stumbled over The Surf and so happy we did. Our server Jason was personable and friendly. I got the cheeses steak and my wife got the Poke bowl. “This was our first time here and it did NOT disappoint!! The food was plentiful and had so much flavor!! I had the jerk chicken with rice, Mac n cheese and cornbread. My husband had the shrimp with veggies, rice, plantains and cornbread. Our server was highly knowledgeable and super nice. Highly recommend!!“

“This place is well situated with a beautiful setting. The view was great and the staff was even better. The food came out promptly and all of it tasted fantastic. I would highly reccomend to anyone looking for a place to grab a bite to eat. There's plenty of seating inside and on the patio connected to the back. There was a fireplace close to the waters edge and a small playground on the side. Bathrooms inside and out. The only negative was my vehicle was hit while I was inside eating and the guilty party left without a word. Which again the owners offered to review camera footage, but unfortunately we're angled away from where I was parked.“
