“We were staying on the island five days and discovered this restaurant the last night. It was the best food we tasted, the service was great, and the prices and quantity! Oh - and a great view! There were four of us and we all order something different along with appetizers!!! Everything was delicious!!!!! The only negative was it was our last night and we couldn’t go back the next day!!! We will definitely go again when visiting the island!!!“

“Eating breakfast here was a glorious experience, echoing grandeur of the Gilded Age through the opulent Roaring Twenties.

My family and I had breakfast reservations for four at 8:30am on a weekday. The dining room was set to perfection as we were greeted with a welcoming smile and offered to pick any table we preferred. We selected a table by the window. It was wonderful to see a dining room set with fine China again. It seems rare nowadays.

Once settled, we were promptly offered tea, coffee, or a collection of juices before embarking on the breakfast buffet and omelet station. There were no lines yet being so early on a weekday, but my oh my, what a beautiful feast! I was apprehensive that the food would be generic given the continental selection, but I was pleasantly impressed by the tastes, presentations, and twists to the menu. The French toast and overnight oats were my favorite, with a close third place by the bacon.

In addition to the delicious food, the wait staff was attentive and happy. The tables were nicely spaced to keep the dining room at a quiet noise level. And the coffee and pots of tea kept flowing. A big plus!

The only negative I can find with my dining experience is that I was mistaken that the extra fruit juices I ordered a la carte were part of the breakfast buffet. I wish I had known that only the juices on the buffet tables were included. However, when you are dining at such a fine dining establishment, you do not mind the extra price.

“I'm guessing it's inside the convenience store maybe? Wherever it is, I didn't eat here. I do like the convenience store though, very crowded with stuff. If you are staying on Jeckyll and forgot some grocery item on the mainland, you can probably find it here. Very nice staff, super clean, beer, wine, and ice cream counters.“

“We decided on this restaurant before seeing it was inside a hotel.
I was a little leery, as sometimes the food or service isn't as good.
We decided to give it a go anyway.

The restaurant had just opened and wasn't busy. We enjoyed everything that we ordered. Drinks were refilled in a timely fashion.
Quiet atmosphere, peaceful ocean views.
Clean tables and quick service.

“My family had a great dinner experience. The pizza was amazing, the fish was great, and I had a great salad. I got a paloma to drink and it was also great! The best part was the chef stopped to talk to my toddler and he ate up the attention. It made his night and ours. The chef also brought our toddler some fries and not one went to waste! Our waitress and the rest of the staff were very friendly too which always means a lot, especially when we have a 19 month old dining with us.“

“Great service. Sylvie W was the best. She was on point. Great checking on us and taking great care of us. Good was good (shrimp boil could have had some flavor) and the shrimp Alfredo was ok. Shrimp was overcooked. I will definitely be back because the service that we got. Like I said she was fantastic.
We came over Labor Day weekend and the place was packed. My family and I could an awkward table but we didn’t care. We weren’t seen for about 15 mins from sit down and Sylvie saw that and started taking care us and getting our drinks and food and she had a fantastic personality and she still did her job and sitting other people at their seats and taking new the customers.“
