“My family and I could not recommend St. Simons Seafood highly enough after a fabulous experience from the moment we walked through the door.

We were visiting this week with family friends and enjoying all of the beauty that the Golden Isles have to offer. This being a beach trip, we knew we had to prepare a few seafood dishes to round out our days relaxing seaside.

Greeted by a wonderful local selection, we narrowed down our decision to shrimp & mahi mahi. The service was excellent, with staff very willing to advise and ensure we received the highest quality seafood in town at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend the peeled & deveined shrimp for ease of preparation.

Out of our St Simons Seafood purchases we enjoyed a lovely shrimp étouffée, and grilled mahi mahi paired with a quinoa salad and greens. Both fish were fresh and delicious! We will definitely be stopping by again when we return to the area.“

“For the exception of ruining my Anniversary celebration that I had planned, everything else was okay. The food was good! Drinks were just strong enough and not just watered down! View was stunning! Service was average, I had called days in advance to reserve indoor window seating to celebrate our Anniversary. I had planned a whole “thing” I was going to do near the stunning view of the window for the wife. When we arrived they pulled our information and one lady asked us “indoor or outdoor?” The other hostess told her the system said “indoor with window seating” and gave her a look of disappointment. As they walked me to my sitting area it was not window seating and table was wobbly. I was unable to do my whole “thing” I had planned and just started off the evening not on a good start, but drinks made up for it 🤷‍♂️😒“

“Was excited to try after reading reviews. Seated quickly and server took drink orders. Then the world stopped. After waiting 55 minutes we inquired about our order and learned from the hostess there was no “cook” in the kitchen. This became apparent when we noticed only one table in the entire restaurant, both inside and outside, had food on the table. Sadly, the food we did see didn’t look particularly good either. Plenty of other dining establishments nearby…do yourself a favor take a pass on this place! 1/17/23“
