For the exception of ruining my Anniversary celebration that I had planned, everything else was okay. The food was good! Drinks were just strong enough and not just watered down! View was stunning! Service was average, I had called days in advance to reserve indoor window seating to celebrate our Anniversary. Wonderful food! Beautiful outdoor dining!
Very good breakfast fare. King and Prince is about to undergo needed renovations, but the service staff were quite friendly and seemed loyal to the resort.

ECHO St. Simons offers a great dining experience with good food and service. The restaurant has a convenient location, big portions, and an upscale oceanfront venue. The staff is friendly, providing service with a smile and genuine Southern hospitality. The ocean view tables are romantic, making it a nice spot for dining. The kids' menu is a plus. The food is consistently good, with options like the special wrap, garden salad with grilled chicken, and the outstanding Shrimp and Grits dish. The beautiful location facing the ocean is a highlight, and the bacon cheddar dip and cheese and bacon dip were enjoyed. Alfredo was indulgent, and the peach crème brûlée sealed the deal. The patio offered a great experience. While the views are fantastic and the sweet tea is a nice touch, there have been some concerns about specific dishes like the Prime Rib, which lacked flavor, and the Redfish, which raised questions about its preparation. The Black Forest cake was too sweet. One thing you can count on is that it will always be FREEZING inside.
