“Our First time at Mezza Luna…. Wow! Amazing Food, great wine list and our server Kasey was fantastic! My wife had the Ciopino which she said was delicious. I had the parardelle which was out of this world! Our Uncle Paul is a regular here, he had the Pizza with Sausage & Mushrooms. Kacey was spot on with the dessert recommendation: Bread pudding with bourbon caramel sauce and ice cream! Best I’ve ever had! We will be back!!!! Five Stars!!!!!!“

“We have eaten here 3 times now when we come to visit our daughter. Food has been really good every time.the Brussel sprout app is a go to for us! Service has been good with the exception of our 1st time when you had recently opened we had a young boy who kept forgetting everything and our daughter’s water was empty even after asking for a refill. We weren’t too worried about it because we know new places have bumps in the road.“

“The staff was super friendly and the food was delicious! I got a shrimp Poboy and my son got softshell crab. Both were flavorful! The coleslaw was sweet, which I like. The hush puppies were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. They also have great views of fishing boats if you sit outside. Everything was nice and clean! It does smell like fish outside, which is understandable but if you are sensitive to it, I would just sit inside.“

Unfortunately, this was truly a tale of two hostesses. Chris was amazing—kind, engaging, and welcoming. Katherine, however, was extremely rude, abrasive, and dismissive.

For an establishment located at Mayo Clinic, where people are often facing serious medical situations and receiving critical treatment, I was especially disappointed by the way I was spoken to. Compassion and kindness should be at the forefront of the guest experience.

If you can get past the interaction with Katherine, the food and wait staff make this a great dining experience. Hopefully, management will address the issue because the restaurant has a lot going for it.“

“We really enjoyed our meal last night! We started with tuna poke served with wonton chips. It was so fresh and the chips were crisp. My husband got the grouper special and ate it all. I got the scallops. They were seared perfectly, the grits were creamy, and I'd love the collards recipe lol. Thanks for a great meal“

“Great experience always. Water is nice to dine by and reasonably priced for good quality food. I didn't like the sound of my sweet potato side dish and asked for risotto thinking I would be charged and they swapped it with no charge or note on the bill just easy.“

“One year ago we lost a very dear friend, co-worker, family member and loved one! We went to seasons 52 to celebrate his life and brought with us (his ashes). The staff at seasons 52 town center Jacksonville Florida was amazing and accepted the situation as if he was there! From the bar tender Michael who served him a drink to the receptionist who Renee who made us fell very welcome and treated our friend with respect and dignity to our waiter Blake who also went the extra mile to make our experience exceptional! “Palm’s Fish Camp exceeded everyone in the group’s expectations. They welcome us, all 54 of us, with live music and good food. They accommodated for all of our needs including one of us with a horrible sea food allergy. Everything went so smoothly. We all had an amazing time. “Was in Jax Beach from Maryland and was thrilled to visit Jax Beach Boil. Not sure which was better, the conversation with Doran, the owner, or the food. Both were fabulous. Such an easy, fun dinner for our group. Doran packed us up and all we had to do was pop it on the stovetop. Quick, delicious and generous portions. We also added some Pulled Pork and Cole Slaw. Yummy! Can’t say enough great things! Stop in and grab a pot - you won’t be disappointed!“

“This was my first time eating at J. Alexander and I was so pleased with everything about this place. The atmosphere was very pleasant. It was a group of 10 of us celebrating the birthday of one in the group. Our server Misty was awesome, she was so helpful and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with everything we ordered. Now to the food, WOW!!! everyone enjoyed the steaks, crab cakes, salads, warm bread with butter, celantro shrimp and to top it off the warm carrot cake with cream cheese icing. Yum,Yum.
