“North Beach Fish Camp was a 5/5 on the meals 3/3 on appetizers. Everything was freakin delicious. Out of 5 of us , everyone had the same opinion, great food. Sorry I forgot to take pics and thought about half way through my meal.I had the fresh catch Blackened Trigger Fish with collard greens, grits and gravy. I also added the Smoked Bacon Butter Beans. I put the gravy on top of my grits, fish was perfect, collards were tasty just a great meal all the way around. We thoroughly enjoyed eating here and highly recommend it if in the area or make a trip just to eat here is worth it.“
“I haven’t been to Mezza Luna in years and I can’t remember why I stopped going?! Mixed reviews from friends on their experiences, but we were pleasantly surprised with the food and service! The service was 100% the BEST we’ve had at the beach. Our server treated us like royalty and gave excellent suggestions for appetizers and entrees. We loved the Crispy Brussels Sprouts and Meatball appetizers. My niece had the flounder and said it was fabulous. Three of us had the Fresh Pappardelle. Perfect sized portions with good flavor and enough to bring some home! Can’t wait to get back to try the Happy Hour and enjoy dinner again!“
“We ordered 2 Lobsta Rolls online and picked up in store. The location is bright and inviting. The young gal behind the counter was polite. As far as the lobsta rolls, they were tasty but small in size. What we received DID NOT look like the photos where big pieces of lobsta are crammed between a toasted roll. I would say our rolls were full but not overflowing like the photos represent. We paid $58.05 via Doordash with 30% off, making the final bill $41.05 (for 2 Lobsta Rolls).Based off the price and small rolls, I'd likely not return even though the flavor was good.“
“I went to Sliders on the recommendation of a local as I was visiting town. I had an excellent server, Julian, as I sat at the oyster bar. I had a half dozen raw oysters, half dozen Rockefeller, and a Mahi sandwich since it was the catch of the day. Everything came out promptly and was delicious!“
“First time at Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar. Food was great. Jean was amazing. She took care of us. Her professional was beyond top notch. She was a lot of fun. Kept us smiling. Jean made sure we were comfortable. The drinks were so good. Thanks Jean for the pina colado cake. Beyond yummy. Oh and this martini!“

“What an awesome place!!! Had lunch with my wife here & didn't know quite what to expect & it did not disappoint! The food was fantastic & the service was equally great!!! Our server was on point & very pleasant... thanks for making the experience that much better!!! We live in Ft Lauderdale & we'll definitely be back!!!“
“This is my 1st choice when it comes to seafood restaurants. Sadly we are a little bit far from this place but it's definitely worth the trip. When you first enter the restaurant you will be greeted and you the special will be on the left so make sure to look there because you don't want to miss the goodStuff! This place is huge, they have a bar at the back corner of the restaurant and the rest is a seating area. We've been here 4 times and I have tried their blackened shrimp and the way they seasoned their shrimp is just perfect! The steamed oyster was delicious and I can just eat that everyday! We also tried the fried gator and at first I wasn't sure but I'm so glad I tried it because it was so good! The sides that comes with the food is fries, coleslaw and hush puppies, I don't eat a lot of coleslaw but this coleslaw is great! This place is definitely worth a visit! You can tell that their seafoods are fresh and that's a must!“
“Even from making the reservation to the final completion of this meal, the entire operation was perfection.Initially there was an issue with the seating assignment. The management immediately rectified the situation. It’s perfection in every way. When traveling the east coast, I always search out this restaurant.Excellent!!!“
“fun seafood resturant on the water, looks out to marina & boat ramp. fun to watch the boats coming & going. Great casual seafood place. … very popularKid-friendliness: kids like to eat outside on the deckWheelchair accessibility: has nice wheelchair ramp“
“Absolutely delicious! Our group of 6 were seated quite promptly The view was fantastic. The service was flawless. Appetizers we ordered: fried green tomatoes, calamari, poke nachos - all absolutely divine no complaints Hubby and I I ordered: Ribeye steak medium rare - this was cooked to perfection. It just the perfect amount of seasoning and charred just the way I like it. Seated New Bedford scallops - can I just say these were some of the best scallops I've ever had? So fresh, so moist and tender, perfectly seared on one side with flavors locked in each bite The grits were creamy and the broth presented with a nice flavorful. Collard greens were cut like I prefer them to be, not too big that it slivers down and makes you choke and not too small that it makes you feel like you're eating shredded veggies. Small details matter and they nailed it! Overall a great experience. A highly recommended restaurant for date night and group events“
“What a shocker . We had delivery first time from Poppy’s and the food was spectacular. We ordered $150 worth and everything was very tasty . The Risotto is the only dish that needed a littleMore flavor was the risotto. ?. But again , food was amazing !“
“There was s mixup with the wait staff but once our waiter got started, the service was awesome. The food was delicious and we all really enjoyed it. The prices seemed better since the name change and it looks like they have hired a complete new staff. Will be back!“
“My wife and I have gotten take out from here twice. I have tried the Green and Yellow Curries and both are very good. I typically prefer green but their yellow was outstanding (perhaps the best I have ever had). I did take out and their service was slower than planned but within 5 minutes of the expected time frame and they did forget to put in my wife's thai tea which was disappointing for her but did not affect our score enough to bring it down to a 4.In the relatively short amount of time waiting in the restaurant to pick up the food, the waiting area was fairly cramped and a little unorganized to who was waiting on pick up and who was waiting to be seated but the staff did a good job asking periodically for those here for take out.It looked like a great atmosphere to eat and appeared very clean as well.“
“Came with a group of friends for dinner, food was amazing, the server was even better! This is exactly what Jax beach needs! They even have a guy who opens the door for you! Why aren’t more places providing service like this anymore? Ask for Lana, you won’t be disappointed!“
“Maria at the bar is the heartbeat of this steakhouse/neighborhood tavern gem of addition to PVB (and the bar team). Simply sophisticated fare with upscale relaxed vibe at the bar. Bar Lunch is old school Ponte Vedra demographic. It's a dress-up date place that sometimes has music for the patio seating on Sundays. A definite go to. The atmosphere: let's not take ourselves too seriously...“
“I had lunch there with my sister and a friend. We all enjoyed our meals very much. Everything was delicious, the waitress attentive, and eating outside was perfect. I went down to 3 stars on service only because it took a surprisingly long time to get our 2 salads and 1 sandwich despite the fact that they were not terribly full. I'd say the kitchen needs a little more work, but I definitely plan to eat there again. The food and prices were terrific!“
“Nice little seafood restaurant in a plaza off of Atlantic Ave. They run various daily specials, and I just happen to be fortunate enough to catch the Tuesday shrimp special. 20 shrimp with sides for like $15 or $16. Shrimp with sides was awesome, and the service was outstanding as well. They were busy at the time and had a little wait; however, it was no big deal. Enjoyed my visit and will be back when in the Jax area.“
“The fried shrimp were excellent, and my friends call me Bubba when it comes to shrimp. The cheese grits were great, cole slaw too. The hush puppies tasted a bit off to me, maybe fried in the same fryer as fish? We need one of these stores in Manatee County, and sell shrimp in paper bags by the 1/2 and 1 pound. I grew up around shrimp houses where you could just grab a bag of shrimp and some cocktail sauce and cruise down the road. Great place to eat, nice employees.“
“Clam Chowder was excellent. Chef special salad with butternut squash was also very good. Shared the fish tacos which were nicely prepared and presented. All in all a good experience. I would recommend trying to reserve the tables closer to the water for the best seats.“
“One of the locals' favorites with a touch of southern flair. The food is delicious, and the drinks are spot on. The outdoor deck has a great intercoastal view where one can relax, watch boats go by, and enjoy their meal. Definitely, while in town, a stop here is needed. #904“
“I love this dive. We like to eat our food outside on the little deck by the water. The food is tasty. It just seems a shame a side of fries isn’t included with the main, making it a bit more pricey than the usual greasy spoon. I love stopping here after a day at Little Talbot Island.“
“As many times as we have enjoyed this restaurant, I’m not sure why this is my first review. Hands down, this is our absolute favorite place to eat!My son and I have made this our go-to weekend spot for over a year now, and it never disappoints. The service is definitely 5 star! BTwo weeks ago when we were there, as soon as we sat down, our server Makayla greeted us with our regularly ordered drinks. We were shocked that she had remembered us - much less what we typically order! She definitely made us feel special! In addition to the exceptional service, the food is phenomenal. We always start off with Mexico City Spinach Con Queso and chips - which is DELISH!!!As for cocktails, you cannot beat their Lemon Drop Martini! It comes with a side car- so you definitely get every last drop.If you like chicken tenders, I must say that these are some of the best I’ve ever had! The portion is huge and comes with a heaping pile of crispy shoestring fries.Whenever my husband is able to join us, he is obsessed with the Old Fashion Hamburger. Cooked to perfection and loaded with anything you can think of!Overall, you can’t beat the food, service, atmosphere or the price!! Our absolute fave!!!!“
“Dan's always comes through with the freshest in local and regional seafood! We bought Florida lobster tails for our Christmas Eve dinner and they precut the shells for us; making them easy to grill. They also had corn on the cob, sweet and crisp. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly - love this place!“
“Very beach feel, super clean and safe! Lots of options and reasonable prices. Maybe best of all, the quality is great! Great! Great! One of my favorite places to go no matter what I’m looking for. It’s truly the place you should go when you want a nice evening out.“
“I would recommend this place to anybody who loves Seafood they have a variety of seafood from oysters, scallops and you definitely can have it your way. Highly recommend.Parking: Public parking, the restaurant is located in a strip mall off of Atlantic Boulevard“
“The line was long but the service was fast and in no time we were seated at the height of lunch hour. Military and Veteran discount which was so nice as it was Vietnam Veterans Day and my dad was very honored to get a discount for lunch. And the food was outstanding. We WILL be back many many times. My dad is very picky about his clam chowder and I think he would have eaten a gallon if he could have fit it. A real down to earth place with great food at reasonable prices.“
“The inside of the restaurant was clean, and since we weren't familiar with Peruvian cuisine, the server kindly helped us choose dishes? The seafood in the Ceviche was very fresh, the fried squid was soft and delicious, and the rice dish was delicious with the seafood stock . My Japanese friends and I have been eating fresh sushi and sashimi in Japan, so we are very picky about the quality of the seafood, but we can recommend this place. We are very happy to have found this restaurant?“
“Had lunch here today. There were about 11 of us. Food was spot on! All came at about the same time, fresh and hot. Service was excellent. She took very good care of us even though it was very busy. Kudos to Seafood Kitchen and staff. We will definitely be returning!!“
“Only place that I've found in Jacksonville so far that offers a medium rare burger. My wife and I have been there a couple of times and they are consistent. The place is popular and sometimes can be really busy but the service is normally quite good. The staff is friendly and they allow us to sit outside with our dog. They will even bring us a bowl of water to give to her. I'm pretty sure we will stop in again“
“Refinery continues to amaze me. Ive been here 4+ times and found new things on the menu each time. The appetizer and entres have never ceased to amaze me. The dinning room is perfect for dinner, with a post dinner drink in the ocean breeze downstairs. This place doesn't miss.“
“A Great experience and Michael was the best as usual!! If you haven’t had the pleasure, be sure to ask for him. He is fun and makes dining so pleasurable. When customer service has been lost in so many other businesses this Carabba's does a great job!“
“This is an amazing find! A small off the beaten path gem in Atlantic Beach. Every food item was simply outstanding! Appetizers, entrees and desserts. Our server was friendly and engaged. Should business travel bring me back to Jacksonville/Mayport, I will be returning.“
“A hidden gem that one might easily ride right past on the way to Amelia Island. You should definitely stop and check them out. Excellent food and entertainment with an amazing view that creates a wonderful atmosphere to sit and catch a quick bite with friends. It also helps that Cameron our server was really sweet and even gave us a military discount because she noticed we we’re veterans. Definitely would stop in again…Oh, and for those that like to fish, you can even pull in and fish off the dock or put your boat in the water with their accessible boat ramp.“
“We were promptly seated during lunch. I ordered the she-crab soup and the low country fritters; both were excellent. This is my first time trying She-crab soup and I LOVED it, the perfect amount of spice, cream and crab. The fritters were delicious, I just wish they came with the soup in a smaller portion. The server was very attentive and made sure to refill our drinks and top them off throughout lunch.“
“Jamie Jamie Jamie!!!!!! Best waitress ever!!!!!! She doesnt meet a stranger if you having a bad day honestly go see her to brighten your spirit. Shes the sweetest. Me and some trucker friends came to see her for lunch and we wanted to bring her back with us. The energy that comes with her is so amazing. You can clearly see she enjoys what she do and love to meet new people. Today we gained a sister & a friend cant wait to come back here just to see her pure soul again. Jamie if you see this, THANK YOU! ❤️“
“Tim, the manager is the best seafood monger in the business. He knows the business inside and out. He makes his own seasonings and sauces. When it comes to food, Tim is the best! We always buy our seafood from this establishment. You know you are getting the best!“
“The food was great. Everything was cooked perfectly. It was our first time here.We had the All You Can Eat seafood. You choose up to 4 items on each side of your order form and they bring it out to you at your table. When you’ve finished that course you choose up to 4 more items on each side and repeat the process until you’re full. Be aware that if you order something and don’t eat it you will be charged for it. So make sure you eat what you order. The snow crab was delicious and the shell of each leg snapped easily without using a nut cracker. Often times snow crab is over cooked or left in hot water too long before serving and the shell gets too soft to crack. This snow crab was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The green mussels are also delicious and were a nice size. I didn’t like the black mussels or clams because they were so small! I would skip these. The fried oysters, egg rolls, shrimp and other items on the menu were also wonderful.Overall this was a very nice dining experience. I thought that $45/person for all you can eat seafood is very reasonable considering the quality and selection of items on the menu. They also have wine and cocktails. The lemon drop martini and dirty martini were good.Plenty of parking and we got a table right away. The waitress was nice, attentive and friendly.“
“The only possible reason I could see to give less than 5 stars is that I might need to be rolled to my car. I've been looking for a good seafood restaurant with AYCE crab legs, I found a fantastic one. The staff at Juicy Mayport were attentive and never left us waiting for the next round of food. And the food... so good. Cooked perfectly there was not a single thing that I would have wanted to be different. We drove 45 minutes to come here and we will be back, without a doubt.“
“Awesome service, food was great and perfect timing. Trying to figure out how I didn’t know about this place but I’m glad I was sent here. The family and I had a great time and Alexa was the best bartender and Frankie was great as well …don’t count Zack out though as busy as they were he kept us “
“This was my first time visiting RP’s.I met a business associate late in the afternoon for a quick meeting around 3 o’clock.I quickly discovered that this restaurant is a very social place to be and the bar area was quite full.We settled into a high top table in ordered the shrimp skewers appetizer.Which was plenty for me. There were lots of lunch items as well as dinner items on the menu that we could’ve tried and I’m sure would’ve loved just as much .We discussed our business in an open atmosphere and both agreed we would be back. There’s lots of surf and beaches memorabilia on the walls which I absolutely loved. The restaurant has parking in the front with about 15 spaces and then parking in the back which was great for me with about another 15 to 18 spaces and was very easy to get out of.I like the menu, and if I wasn’t trying to shed a few pounds I numerous possibilities. Our waitress was just absolutely delightful, and kept us full of coffee and iced tea with the offer to give us a cup,to go which we took her up on .“
“Angelica is our favorite server!!! The only server we request time and time again. She is professional and friendly and the reason we visit this location twice a week!!! She knows our order without having to ask. It’s nice to receive that 5 star service!!!!“
“Came tonight (Dec 27th) for dinner & it was our guest's first time. The food was as fabulous as always but our waitress Mary was fantastic. She explained the variety of food, & options, helping us make the right decisions, and was just so good that it made our night even better. Thank you for a great meal & thank you Mary for making our experience so much fun“
“I love this pad Thai! It is delicious and they give you a good amount. I like how they add tofu to this one it adds to the volume. The restaurant does a lot of BOGO promotions for the pad Thai so if you catch them on a good day you can get a nice discount.“
“When we meet with our friends, this is our go to place; normally I love the food and the atmosphere. This time the service as usual was very good and my husband and our friends all enjoyed their meals of various fried seafood and fish. Unfortunately, I ordered the seafood chowder, it was way too thick, so thick you could almost eat it with a fork. I also ordered a shrimp taco which had a few not very tasty shrimp. Advice to customers when you go; enjoy their fried entrées. They are delicious. I’d stay away from what I ordered.“
“We regularly visit Big Crab during Lent season on Fridays. They have specials everyday, but I would say that Friday is the best day! For a great deal of $19.99, you get crawfish, shrimp, corn, sausage and potatoes. We usually substitute the sausage for eggs and they were kind enough to accommodate us. Medium sauce is great too, just enough kick to notch up your taste buds! Delicious and vey filling! The servers are always fast and attentive despite having a great deal of customers. The place is also pretty big with a lots of tables that includes an outside seating. This is one of our favorite places to visit and I highly recommend them!“
“Amazing food, and service! We always have a wonderful experience. Ransom is extremely knowledgeable and makes great recommendations. Each time we go, we are delighted to have him. We can not thank everyone enough for a great night! Looking forward to next time.“
“My first time here. I've heard great things and was excited to try it.We had appetizers and the pork schnitzel was delicious. I did not enjoy their buratta.I had the market fish of the day which was Tile fish with vegetable and arugula puree. I thought the fish was dry and a bit bland and the arugula puree was strong and overwhelming. My dinner companions loved their snapper and chicken dish. The 5 star portion of the whole meal are the desserts. The homemade ice cream was delicious. So were the dark chocolate pot de creme. Amazingly delicious desserts! The dinners are pricey, the place is small and cramp, our service was really good, and the food ranged from bland to delicious. Because of the location, price, and the hit or miss of the food, I'm not sure I would recommend it.If I'm in the area, I'd love to go back and have the homemade ice cream again. That stood out for everyone in my dinner party.“
