Came in to eat brunch a couple days ago.. go past here often in route to NC and all I can say is" I will be making this a regular stop.." service was awesome, so welcoming which I really appreciate.. upon entering we had the sweetest woman greet us and then bring us hot biscuits and cornbread while we waited..our waitress name I believe was Rebecca and she was just as friendly, took our orders promptly and brought out coffee and sweet tea.. Always looking for a great local diner since we pass Kingsland once or twice a month and this off the beaten path restaurant is a hidden gem. Looks popular with the locals and we'll be back to try more of their delicious food. I had the flounder dinner and hubby had the seafood dinner with blackened shrimp and fried flounder. They have plenty of delicious desserts and homemade ice cream which we couldn't resist. Everything is made from scratch and the service is great.---update...read full review

Came here 15 years ago and it was the most remembered restaurant on the trip north from Florida to Maine. Best southern food I’ve had anywhere. Fresh and local, home made and cooked right. If you’re traveling on rt 17 this place is worth the stop!
