Our first time and was an excellent experience and the food fresh and delicious
We hosted a birthday luncheon today for our daughter … a total of 14 people! We had one server, “Chris”… and he did an absolutely fantastic job of taking care of our entire table! Everything was done in an efficient, timely and friendly manner from the moment we walked in the door! The food was fresh and wonderful… several servers brought our food out…ALL at the same time! We always enjoy our meals there but today was exceptional! Highly recommend any time!

The manager refunded me for the entire bill and assured me he would be looking into this incident. I am relieved to know the management at PVOBG takes these things seriously.
Check your credit card statements if you’ve visited this place!!! My bill was $73.96 plus $18 tip (25%) totaling $91.96. A couple of weeks later, I was reviewing my receipts against my credit card statements and found that PVOBG charged me $146.96. That would mean they changed...read full review
