I put in a mobile order and paid for it. On the app and their website it said please pick up before 11. I came at 9:55. When I get to the drive thru I try to say I’m picking up a mobile order and them man working cuts me off and says WE’RE CLOSED. I try to say I’m sorry I understand but I already paid for the order can I get a refund or credit to use for another day. He cuts me off halfway again & says COME BACK WHEN WERE OPEN.

with the virus. that place inside filthy the few tables that was a available fifth dirty the counter where you order fifthly and the floor gross I left no service for me!!
