“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (10/10) We went to Caroline Jax tonight and wow—absolutely lived up to being known for the best burgers in town. These are way more than just smash burgers. I ordered the bacon cheddar burger and it was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The Jax style fries were loaded and delicious, and the peanut butter chocolate milkshake was next-level good. And let’s talk about that Cajun ranch… unreal. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out. Everything was fresh, hot, and clearly made with care. 10 stars all day ⭐ Highly recommend“

“When you walk in the ambience is just relaxing. The music is on point. You’re welcomed by everyone working there. We sat down. Amy was our waitress. I will always ask for her. She is super special, so friendly very kind. When we got the food it was so good we left stuffed. There are so many more things that we want to try on that menu, and I will tell you this is our new favorite place to go eat we will be back. If you don’t go there, you’re missing out!“

So they didn’t have any drinks or Ice available which is absurd for a restaurant which would explain all the upset customers, however the cashier Jamey or jameise I think was her name.. she handled her very professional. She is the only reason i give this place 5 stars. She made sure my food was correct and that i had everything I needed.“

“We were in the area and decided to stop by, and we’re so glad we did. Allie was our server, and she did not disappoint. Her customer service and knowledge of the menu were outstanding. We started with the crab cake—wow! The flavors were incredible, and the portion size was perfect for an appetizer. The red wine was served perfectly chilled. For our main course, we had the bison short rib with fresh mashed potatoes and green beans. Everything was absolutely delicious. You can truly taste the difference here—they specialize in fresh, made-to-order food with no freezers or microwaves, and it shows. This will definitely be our go-to spot from now on. Thank you for a superb dining experience and an amazing fresh meal!“

“Went here with friends for the first time last night. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were very generous. Between us, we had two deep dish specialty pizzas, three appetizers and a sub. There was so much to choose from and each of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Tasty, fresh, hot, impressive! “Located in Smash Alley between Keg & Coin and Dart Bar & Games on King St, Smash N Bag Burgers makes possibly some of the best burgers I've had. Every Friday there is a new special, in addition to the regular menu items they serve. They are friendly and greet each customer as a friend. I cannot recommend this place enough.“

“My family and I enjoyed everything. We got the bacon burger and the mondongo soup. 1000x better than any burger ive ever had and the tripe soup was ouu of this word. Super tender, no foul smell, and the potato and yucca in the golden broth were like little nuggets of heaven. Will come back every time im in Jacksonville. 10/10“

“Palm’s Fish Camp exceeded everyone in the group’s expectations. They welcome us, all 54 of us, with live music and good food. They accommodated for all of our needs including one of us with a horrible sea food allergy. Everything went so smoothly. We all had an amazing time. “70% is too low, must have been competition!!!! My brother and I go there before every icemen game. Kaitlin,Deborah and Nick are incredible bartenders!!! We always get our beers quickly and sometime they will bring them to us if not too busy with others. We like the cheeseburger with fries, kinda like a smashburger, very tasty!!! “Great burgers, with vegetarian patty available as an option for any item. Cuatomize wach burger however you like, at the self serve kiosks or at the front. The shakes are delicious, best in town. French fries are crispy, as are the onion rings, but a little bland. We ate with 2 adults and a 10yo, with a burger and shake each, fries and onion rings to share, and two sodas for about 65.00 Imo, that is expensive for this type of food, but- par for the course in this area.“

“I was in town from Savannah GA for a wedding at 2pm 22nov25 at St Juan Catholic Church. The Georgia Bulldogs were playing Charlotte at 12:45pm Hurricanes was one of the closest restaurant/ sports bars to the church. The staff was very accommodating., they put the game on one of the TVs I was able to watch the first quarter & still make the wedding in time. After the wedding I stopped back by to catch the last 05:35 of the game. A staffer custom made me a side salad that was sooo good with blue cheese & bacon bits. I left for the country club for a post wedding dinner. I recommend Hurricanes & am likely to go there again when I am in Fruit Cove or Switzerland Florida.“

“First time at this specific location and I was really blown away. I came right at opening time after doing some shopping. Sometimes when you show up somewhere right at open time people can be annoyed but the entire team greeted my husband and I and were super friendly. I believe Andrew took my order at the register and he made sure to ask if we wanted drinks and double checked if we wanted two patties or one. Very helpful. The manager, I believe her name was Teeka (I apologize if I misspell or if I’m slightly off), was incredibly friendly and she was very communicative with her team. One team member came in for work and she greeted them and asked how they were. I also over heard her giving the game plan for the day. As a regional leader for another company in the area myself, I know how important that is in the workplace. It felt like they all worked in one cohesive unit. The food was great as well, everything came out exactly as ordered and was hot and fresh. I would go out of my way to come back to this location specifically. Thank you!!“

“What an amazing night out. Everything was designed to entertain the audience at the highest possible level including the performers, DJ, MC, and servers.

My first time at this location and want to tell you that these performers work hard to put on a good show. The outfits, dance moves, and energy were fire.

“I'm not a huge Burger King fan but was running short on time and this location is right down the street from where I work...so I stopped in. I have had many experiences with rude fast food workers, as we all have. Today was not the case Today I encountered the most pleasant and courteous fast food worker that I ever have..period. I'm talking better than Chic-fil-a, y'all. She was working the register, her name is Minnie. When I walked up she said "Hello, ma'am, welcome to Burger King" and proceeded to take my order. Then she welcomed me AGAIN, bc she wasn't sure if she had already or not. As I waited for my food, she kept assuring me that it was almost done. When it was finally done, she told me she wasn't sure that their temperature was sufficient. She told me she just dropped some new nuggets and that if I had some time to wait, She's be happy to give me some new ones. They were fine by the way. She was so polite, upbeat and happy. I was having a horrible day and She brought a smile to my face. As I left she thanked me for my visit and my patience and told me to be safe bc it was raining. Y'all have a gem on your staff, I hope you realize that. I will revisit this establishment for Minnie alone.“

“I stopped at the Lane Ave location for lunch by chance and decided to take home dinner after eating there. The lunch specials are AMAZING.

The shrimp, livers, philly and fries were all raved over by the fam. Staff is super nice.

Only negative was the okra - the breading was overwhelming the poor veggie.

Overall, though, I'd go back - it's even worth going a little out of your way.“

“I can confidently say Hwy 55 Burgers Shakes & Fries is one of the best fast-food spots around. The food is always fresh, the customer service is excellent, and the manager TODD is incredibly welcoming. Highly recommended! And if you visit, don’t leave without trying their hand-made fresh lemonade—it’s a must. 🍋😄“
