Captain D's is a bustling seafood restaurant with hardworking and friendly staff. The 2-pc fish with garlic & herb shrimps, coleslaw, fries, hushpuppies, and chicken are highly recommended. The crispy fish, hot fries, and well-seasoned chicken with a Cajun twist are delicious. The dining area is clean, service is good, and ordering is done at the cashier. They also offer a Senior Special deal on certain days, including 2 pieces of fish, 2 sides, a drink, and complimentary cracklins. Captain D's brings back nostalgia for those missing Long John's Silver, especially since they are mostly located in Orlando and Jacksonville. It's suggested that they expand to the Dade and Broward area for more people to enjoy their tasty seafood.
