I love the convenience of this place and my three year old loves it.
However, their communication is very poor. There has been two events where I could have avoided driving from the other side of town if they have a better way to communicate.
The first time I called before I got there to confirm if they were accepted kids and I was advised yes, but when I arrived 30mins later they advised they were full. There should be a system whether email or text to activate customers...read full review
0 star...the most dangerous daycare ...
I found out about KidsPark from my caseworker when I was fostering my kids. They paid for 4 visits. I still use it occasionally. Today I was attending a baby shower. I was going to ask a family member. I decided to look on the KidsPark site to see what the activities were and I decided KidsPark The kids always enjoy themselves

The business is appreciated for offering a place where kids can just be kids, with the ability to pay hourly and even for meals. While some wish there was more flexibility during nap times and better staffing to avoid capacity issues, many parents are happy that their children enjoy going there and benefit from the fun and safe environment. Overall, KidsPark - JAX remains a reliable choice for quality childcare.
