I hate to leave a bad review but we hit the drive through and ordered a strawberry sundae with nuts and whipped cream and they gave us a tiny cup of ice cream, a separate cup of whipped cream and a giant cup of nuts. Was I supposed to build my own sundae? 😂 And where was the strawberry topping? When I asked what was going on I was told “We charge extra for strawberries.” Okaaaayyy…but can you make all of that into a sundae? Apparently not because we got a blank stare....read full review
I was speaking to my mother on the phone as she went into this location to address her banana split blizzard being terribly made from the drive through. The poorly trained staff said that they would remake the blizzard which had none of the toppings in it including the bananas! They remade the blizzard and added pecans to it instead of the peanuts she was charged an extra $1.39 for. Crew apparently doesn’t know what the word “plain” means when ordering a cheeseburger. Even asked the girl at the window “now this is plain, right? Just meat and cheese, right”. Yes, sir.
Well, get it home and it’s loaded. In the trash it went. Dairy Queen, you owe me a cheeseburger, an apology, and what steps you are taking to have it not happen again. 3/10/25. 9:10 pm.
