“I was just absolutely amazed, with the service the single waitress performed. The house was packed, and she juggled everyone like a boss. The whole time maintaining a positive attitude, and grace...... the food was good, also. I had the American slam, I ordered it with extra hash browns and country gravy. But you order whatever you want.
So, if you find yourself in the western part of Jacksonville Florida, stop in, have an order, enjoy some coffee, and give this fantastic waitress a shout out. Take a look around, and Marvel at the efficiency as I did“
“Brandi was amazing with outstanding customer service she exemplifies 100 customer focus and is indeed a true asset to your business. One thing I did not appreciate is the cook in the back by the name of Curtis he was combative and loud he was talking unprofessional and using foul language while working . We had our 12 yr old niece with us and he is very unprofessional and needs ethics training and coaching. We came all the way from Ga to patronize Dennys while the inside remodel looks amazing along with the new menu choices The worker Curtis could use some re modeling skills as well .Customer service is the most important part of the mission Denny stands for . Please understand that Brandi is who saved your business reputation for use hire more like her and definitely Screen out the weak because hearing him in kitchen while eating was not ok. The manager Josh was trying to coach him about plate presentation and Curtis was not receptive or respectful to his coaching or trying to make sure that he upholds the Denny way to present food if he can’t be coached then he is more hurt than help and maybe this is not his field for work.“
“I'm always excited to share my wife's and myself experience at a restaurant. Here we have a very cozy and relaxing atmosphere. It goes without mention that the staff and chefs are extremely experienced and very well trained. Our meals were prepared to perfection and completely satisfying. I'm quite sure that another visit is definitely in order. Altogether bravo! Job well done. My wife and myself just wanted to share a resent visit at this restaurant.
