This location was a bit disappointing. Day 1 we had to place orders at the counter due to some last minute changes from 11 of us. Orders were ok, but the guy behind the counter felt like we asked for his kidney when we asked for drink cup holders. Dat 2 and 3 were ok, we did mobile orders. Same crew but no recognition or thanks or anything. The orders were about $100 3 days in a row.

I've been going to this location every day through the week for the last 4 months. I get the same thing. Medium UNSWEET iced tea and sesame bagel with butter. Most days they burn the bagel some days it's barely hot bread. I don't say anything about it usually because nobody cares about the customer anymore.

Every time I come through the drive thru, the employees are just the sweetest. I love the motivational sign on the windows. Everything is hot when it should be and cold when it should be. Egg bites are so good. I can tell the management takes pride on their store with customer service and quality good and staff. My dad looks forward to his treat when I visit him at his nursing home near by.
