Omg it was my very first time coming to Eliano’s and Elissa was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable. She was patient with me about my questions with me not being a true “coffee drinker”. It was like she read my mind honestly I told her how I wanted the drink to make me feel and she curated the BEST Matcha I’ve ever had! Wow I am impressed with the amazing customer service! Great coffee, fast, and friendly service!! White chocolate pumpkin mocha was soo good! The regency area needed a coffee spot like this! 10/10!!
I stop in regularly for an iced coffee and a bagel, and the service is consistently decent—though not quite at the five‑star level yet. The staff, however, is fantastic. They follow directions well, move quickly, and clearly work hard, often dealing with customers who aren’t the easiest.
It also seems like they don’t get tipped much, which is a shame. At least drop a dollar in the tip jar—they absolutely earn it.
