I want to begin with that I love Firehouse I think their food is great I used to work for this company when I was in high school and it was great. I called Firehouse earlier today so I can place a to-go order immediately I was put on hold and then I was on hold for almost 10 minutes I decided to hang up and go into Firehouse when I went in to fire house I was not welcome with a welcome to Fire House sloagn. I have been to this location several times and always had excellent service. We walked in almost 20 minutes before they closed tonight and out of 5 or 6 employees.... Not one word! You could tell they absolutely hated the fact that we walked in! There was nothing but silence, with the exception of the employees mumbling between themselves.
