Cashier is super rude and short. Would not let me finish my order without interrupting to ask if "that's all." Then she walked away to talk to a friend (not staff) and didn't help with my drink. I tried to make the drink myself but was told I wasn't allowed. Sad they closed the Subway across the street down.
My problem isn't directly with firehouse. Their delivery service Bitesquad is terrible. You can't get food in a reasonable time frame. I contacted them via chat to tell them it was taking the driver to long to bring my food. They said the bundled my delivery with another one. The driver drove past my house to another side of town with my food in the car for almost 30 minutes. Hot sandwiches don't stay hot half an hour. I explained this to them.
