Five Guys in Jacksonville

“I’m currently pregnant and a local guide. So the stakes are high when a craving hits. My husband is a burger guy, we can go to really nice restaurants and he’ll order a burger. But honestly the best burger I’ve had was the bacon cheese burger all the way w/ Cajun fries at this restaurant! The service was wonderful, the chocolate shake was wonderful. I left feeling fully satiated and satisfied which is rare these days! September 5th nighttime staff, you’re amazing, thank you so much for the hospitality and the meal.“

“Tyler was amazing, he was the one who took care of me at the register and upon leaving. The entire team Was top notch! It was so refreshing to walk into a place where The employees were happy, super friendly, and such a pleasure to speak with. You don’t see a lot of that anymore.

I wish I knew all of their names so I could give them a shout out, but it was on March 8 probably around 2 o’clock-ish.

I also called the home office and gave a shout out for superb service!!“

“I ordered through the app right at a peak dinner rush around 7:30. These guys were hustling and moving, but they still gave a smile to each customer, even if they didn’t smile back in return. Great job crew! And the burgers and fries never disappoint.“

“Ms Key'Niya Sturgis and Janelle Morales made my first visit amazing by their customer service they were so polite down on Earth I told the young ladies I have never been here before they preferred a certain type of food for me the most popular things and I was so pleased with their customer service and I said wow that is good and I will be coming back I wanted to to do a review on them because of their customer service and how polite they are keep up the good work“

“I miss the meat quality they had when they first opened. They really need to time their fries better. There is beginning to be a lot of inconsistent quality in their products. Please do better and don't cheap out on your supplies, especially at the outrageous prices you're now charging! A double cheeseburger and a small cheeseburger, one drink and a regular fry and our bill was $42!“

“I wanted to give a special shoutout to Cole, Mason, and Gracie at this Five Guys location. They are hands down some of the friendliest staff members I've ever encountered. Every visit, they're welcoming, positive, and genuinely make customers feel appreciated.

“Went with my family and we were indecisive about what we wanted. The guy behind the counter was very patient and answered all of our questions. I was laying off the carbs for a bit and was able to get my burger in lettuce wrap opposed to the traditional bun.“
