Overall, we had a good experience. We’re from Virginia and are very familiar with the brand. We ordered three kids’ meals and two adult meals.

One thing we noticed was that the kids’ meals didn’t come with the frozen custard. I’m not sure if that’s a Florida difference or if it was simply overlooked. It wasn’t a big deal for us since we don’t let our kids have much dairy anyway.

Today we had frozen custard and toppings provided and served by Freddy’s at Johnson and Johnson. Everything was absolutely delicious. And a BIG thanks to the 2 staff members who helped us serve our teams.

When we go to the menu board to make our order, we asked prior to finishing our orders for a split transaction. We also asked again at the end of our order. The cashier forgot to do that, even though we asked twice. When we got to the second window, all of our food was in one bag and they ask if it was okay, sinfe she forgot to split the bags. Since they forgot to split the bill we waited for them to. We asked also for a few sauce packs but they were not in the bag when handed...
