Of the three Springfield-area breweries, Hyperion is definitely seems to be brewing the best beer, which is like... 90% of what you're there for. We had the Peanut Butter Porter and Strawberry Mustache Sour. Drink them together and it's like a PB&J. But in seriousness, both were delicious, flavor-packed examples of their respective styles.My wife enjoyed the puzzle table as well. If we didn't have elsewhere to be she'd have probably stayed all day.
We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Hyperion Brewing Company and I can’t recommend hosting an event here enough. We have stopped in on multiple occasions for their good vibes and great beers - but having them host our wedding was one of the best decisions we made while planning. We worked with Aprill early on and she helped us figure out how to make the day we envisioned in our heads into a reality.
