“This place is fantastic - it is small but mighty. We had a 20-25 minute wait but it was worth it and we aren’t locals but were in Middleburg visiting a family member this weekend. The food and frozen margaritas were fabulous but what really stood out was the service. I want to give a huge shout out to our server, Olivia, as she really went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. She had no clue that our cousin’s husband passed away earlier in the week and that this was the first time she has been out for a meal without him - she was very emotional and sad but she wanted a frozen margarita so when all of us family members arrived in the area- that’s what she was getting. Olivia was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of and we appreciated it tremendously. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered and the portion sizes are huge - the beef tip burritos and quesadillas are delicious and we would get those again every time. Best wishes for this business and they are going to have to expand eventually with what they have to offer!“

“I recently visited Lola's with a few friends, and we all had burgers. Everyone loved their meal! The burgers were cooked perfectly, and the flavors were spot on. My egg was a little more runny than I usually prefer, but it was still tasty and didn't take away from the overall experience. Our server was exceptional, providing excellent service throughout. “We have been to Rosy's a number of times and have always been pleased with the experience. We generally go for weekday lunch so it is not crowded but there are still other patrons so the restaurant is in action but not rushed. Drinks come quickly. The chips are fresh and medium crunch, so not the real thin ones that break and not the very thick that are too hard. The salsa is consistently good with just a little kick and always has visible cilantro, which I prefer. The meals come out in a reasonable time. We've tried several items and all were to our liking. I think their grilled chicken is marinated well and has a very good taste, plus if an item doesn't come with steak or shrimp you can still upgrade to it. We've never checked the restrooms so no comment. We've had the latest server more than once and he does an excellent job, and if I remember correctly that all servers we've encountered are pleasant and efficient. The dining room is clean and spacious although a tad outdated in decorating, but I am there for eating and not from Architectural Digest. And yes, parking can be a challenge in that strip mall but since Rosy's is on the corner, go to the side for more places. Overall we were happy with our latest experience and we will definitely visit a number of times in 2025.“

“This is by far one of the best Mexican restaurants in Jacksonville. My wife and I learned about this place a week ago. We have now been here a few times. The staff is honestly one of the most professional, pleasant, and patient individuals we've come across in a long time. They make us feel as if we are walking into a family or very good friends house. I am not Mexican, (I am Ecuadorian) however I grew up in Los Angeles and enjoy mexican food very much. Their dishes are really fresh, they taste great, and the portions are very good and affordable. I love that they are able to accommodate my child, and made sure that his Torta was not only made the way he wanted it, but it also tasted amazing. The choco flan is out of this world. I would also like to recognize Jacobo (owner), he is one the most wonderful, pleasant individuals, I have ever met. When he and my wife talk about the different dishes their parents and family made for them, I can clearly see the enjoyment they experienced.“

“Had the 2 item combo and 1 additional item. Beef taco, beef burrito and a chile relleno. Came with rice and beans. The chile relleno was one of the best I have had in a long time. And the beans were outstanding. Not a bean purre. Service was good and the waitress was friendly. I will definitely be back to try other items on the menu. I have no complaints. And most of the other diners were Mexican or from the Central America region. Can't go wrong with that when looking for a good Mexican restaurant to dine in.“

“Ive been visiting this restaurant for the past 4 months and I had nothing but great experience from prompt service to delicious food, I’ve tried quiet few dishes they’re all really good from Al pastor tacos to California burritos to my favorite the steak fajita taco salad(the one in picture attached) also the chips and salsa it’s outstanding delicious, specially the salsa has a more delicious taste than other Mex restaurants I’ve tried, I can keep on dipping the chips on that salsa forever, also I think his name is Rick the waiter, very attentive to our table every time we go there.“
