First time we eat at Newk's and now it's on my "places to eat" list. Wow, the cauliflower crust veggie pizza with portobello mushrooms was amazing. So excited that cauliflower crust pizza is becoming popular.

I really like the "pick two" options. The salads are great. The sandwiches that I have had, all have been delicious. The Gumbo soup isn't really like traditional gumbo but it's so good! You might not think pizza in a place like Newks but.... really good. The staff at this one on Mandarin Rd is really great also. Nice and helpful. They pick up your dirty dishes with fresh feeling rushed.

Newk's has always been a great place for a sandwich and soup. My favorite is the half Italian sub with cup of loaded potato soup. However I have tried a few other favorites such as the Newk's-Q, broccoli cheddar soup, and lobster bisque. They also have the bomb rice crispy treat topped with chocolate. When I visit I always like the condiment bar they have too with roasted garlic, jalapenos, banana peppers, pickles, capers, cherry peppers, and bread sticks. Service is nice and...read full review
