gross , experience was great , the food was bland and dry , and the rice was hard. management was not nice once we mentioned anything about it. should of went to the town center.
Special dietary was not remembered or served correctly for two people at our hibachi table. When questioned, the server spoke to the woman, not the man who had the issue. The woman replied that the man was an adult, so the server should ask him. The server raised her voice to tell him what she believed he ordered. Beware if you have allergies. I mentioned that my son had a shellfish allergy prior to making reservation. I mentioned when we sat down that the grill looked dirty and requested twice for it to be cleaned. Prior to making the food, the cook cleaned with water. However, in hindsight, we realized that the towel and probably the scrub brush was used for multiple grills. The utensils were also just wiped off with a towel.
