“Very impressed with my experience. Anything in Oak leaf this time of day is always a crowded long wait but the two ladies who were serving did an amazing job! I had a fairly large order but they were very quick and both of those nice young ladies had a great outgoing attitude!?“
“Ordered catering for my daughter’s 16th birthday with delivery service and Panda on Beach and Hodges was awesome!!!! So much food, way more than what we needed, plates, utensils, tons of sauces, didn’t forget a thing sent extra of everything!!! They also called to verify everything before sending the order out I will definitely use them for catering again.“
“Only downside was a staff member was doing some heavily deep cleaning and buffing the floor at the lunch time. Luckily it was a Saturday. But the had half the lobby closed off and a door locked.
Management should choose off peak hours to do heavy floor cleaning/ buffing. Not midday during lunch.
Also wheel chair accessible door, but no ramp in sight. Huge oversight and design flaw. Would have gone somewhere else if needed a ramp.“
“Very decent chow here that doesn't see to sit long. Also frequent dunkin doughnuts a good bit. Wish hours were a bit longer. Also, with things geared to lunch/breakfast, eating at end of hours can make for slim pickings. Good chow though.“
“ALEX was fantastic.. my daughter and I came inside to eat and there was steady traffic the whole time we were dining. Even my 7 year old made a comment about how NICE and polite Alex was with every customer. (Even one that was being a Karen about a coupon) .
Very refreshing when there are so many total opposite experiences these days .“
“This is an average Panda Express. It is in a newly constructed food court, which only had two vendors as of FEB 2024.
Several of the one star reviews seemed unfair to me so I was compelled to write my own.
Staff were very friendly and there is plenty of seating with several having places to charge your devices.“
“Thank for always cooking dinner and making the food so flavorful & cooked with love. The Panda Express team is amazing but Ms. Yara is so joyful, she always makes me feel like I’m going to grandma house to eat.
Vegetarian options: The steamed super greens are so delicious and the veggie spring rolls are so crispy and warm.“
“I'm 45. I've lived in several states. I've eaten Chinese food from many, many Chinese restaurants. Panda Express, 6752 Normandy Blvd. Jacksonville Fl. 32205, has THE best orange chicken I have ever eaten in my life! I recommend you to try even if u don't favor the flavor! It will not disappoint!“
“Had dinner tonight at this Panda Express and in my opinion it is the best in Jacksonville. Chloe at the food counter helped me choose the entrees and also gave me suggestions to accommodate my requests. This is what going above and beyond looks like to me. Thank you again“
“Not the same as it used to be. Egg rolls are now always soggy and yucky. They are taking serving size to the extreme with regards to shrinkflation. Ask for double noodles and get half noodles same goes for the main course. More sauce less product.“
