Papa John's in Jacksonville

“Fast service, great staff, food is always hot and always prepared the way I ask them to make it. I also run Doordash. When I get an order to deliver, I hardly ever have to wait for it to be done unless I'm within 4-5 minutes of the store. The only downside would be the drinks (2 liters, etc.) are sometimes not cold. This usually occurs on holidays, game nights, or special events because they run through them too fast to keep them cold. I hope you enjoy your pizza ?.

“I’ve ordered from this location multiple times and the service is always good and the pizza always looks and tastes great. You can tell the management at this location is top tier and you can tell the employees have a spirit of excellence here. This is the only Papa John’s location we’re eating from for the foreseeable future.“

“I don't see why everybody's going so hard on Papa John pizza's pretty damn good I get the Alfredo with Canadian bacon and spinach extra cheese extra garlic sauce and it always hits the spot. I don't know what's up with all these haters on here but we've all heard it many times it's always a good product and a good experience if you want to try it I say go for it.“

“Let me start by saying how incredible this store location is. The kindness and admirability from the (I believe to be) manager has truly made my entire night. Our boys wanted pizza and soda for their movie night, of course we ordered from the best. The night took a turn when the rudest doordash delivery guy banged obsessively on the door, not even giving us a chance to get up to open it. Once I greeted him, I noticed his attitude straight away and politely let him know that the soda was missing from the delivery. He basically told me it wasn’t his problem. I then called the store and talked to the manager (I think) who was so apologetic and offered to deliver the soda. Straight away, he was at my door with the soda and SOOO nice and apologetic to us. Kindness is free to give, but priceless to receive. Thank you Papa Johns!!“

“First I absolutely love the Thin crust pizza at papa John’s made the way I like it with tons of veggies. A part of my my order was made incorrectly but I make a quick call and Cody resolved the error. Greatly appreciate his customer service-

“Made a big mistake with my order. Ordered for the next day for a birthday party and the order automatically updated to 11:45pm the same day. I did not notice until Jonathan showed up with our order at 11:35pm. We called the store and spoke with Brandon. He was able to get our bad situation resolved and we got our order the next day just in time for our birthday party!!

“Best Price for a really good ? Pizza is always @ Little Caesar's - I think it's a 'Medium' size Pepperoni for $7.00 plus tax. They call it a "Hot & Ready" and it is ALWAYS CONSISTENTLY GOOD! I always pick mine up @ the Drive-Thru Window on the back side of the building Winn Dixie is in at the Cedar Hills Shopping Center. NO App nor Phone Call is needed!!“

“I specifically picked this location even though it was the farthest because it had the best rating out of all the other ones nearby, and I’m glad I did. Ordered on the app and my partner picked it up so I can’t speak to their facility but the pizza was quick and good. Will definitely order from this location again?“

“Great service! We had issues using our papa dough points online and called the store he said he will cancel our order so we can try again. We did shortly before we got to the store and our pizza was made faster than expected and came out so fresh and delicious.“

“Thanks for being a consistent and delicious dinner go to for nights when cooking just isn’t in the cards. Always fast, hot and fresh ingredients cooked perfect. After many orders I did finally Have an issue, while I sat on hold 20 minutes with the store and explained to two people that the door dasher brought me another customers order so I refused it - I ended up getting a text that my order was being redelivered in 20 minutes. I would’ve preferred a “we will handle it” instead of a “hold please” but hey, they handled it! They are always busy, but a great spot. Thanks again team!“

“I placed an order online for delivery. Unfortunately, my order went to Door Dash to deliver, but the driver wasn't so honest. I contacted the store, which had their General Manager on site named Rick. Rick was quick to contact the third-party delivery partner to quickly resolve this issue at hand. DD wasn't able to reach their driver, so Rick had put in my order to be remade and expedited and also gave me a credit towards my next purchase. I actually felt relieved after talking with him and seeing that he actually cares for his customers. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the vicinity of their footprint.“

“Honestly, I’m surprised at all the bad reviews. I come here often and have never had a bad experience. Not to mention, they always have my order ready literally in less than 15 minutes and I don’t recall it ever being bad or incorrect. The employees are nice. My fave fast pizza place!“
