“Fast service, great staff, food is always hot and always prepared the way I ask them to make it. I also run Doordash. When I get an order to deliver, I hardly ever have to wait for it to be done unless I'm within 4-5 minutes of the store. The only downside would be the drinks (2 liters, etc.) are sometimes not cold. This usually occurs on holidays, game nights, or special events because they run through them too fast to keep them cold. I hope you enjoy your pizza ?.

“Best Price for a really good ? Pizza is always @ Little Caesar's - I think it's a 'Medium' size Pepperoni for $7.00 plus tax. They call it a "Hot & Ready" and it is ALWAYS CONSISTENTLY GOOD! I always pick mine up @ the Drive-Thru Window on the back side of the building Winn Dixie is in at the Cedar Hills Shopping Center. NO App nor Phone Call is needed!!“
“We have ordered from here several times and not once have we ever had any issues. It is always ready when it is suppose to be and it is always exactly the way we ordered it. I also love all the promotions they have, especially if you are a member(just have to sign up..no fees). I recommend this business.“

“Great service! We had issues using our papa dough points online and called the store he said he will cancel our order so we can try again. We did shortly before we got to the store and our pizza was made faster than expected and came out so fresh and delicious.“
“I went to this location on Merrill Rd today to pick up 24 pizzas for a party. The employee that greeted me was very friendly and polite. He also was willing to assist with carrying the pizzas to my car but I already had help. I appreciate the kindness and the willingness to assist. Thank you!“
“I ordered 3 of the anything you want for 9.99 this past wknd. Best Pizza I've had in yrs. Opened my sons box and his was looking so good had to snag a piece. His friend after taking the first bite asked where I got the pizza from. I told him BIG PAPA'S (that's now the new name in my house). He said never heard of it. 😆 kudos to Shawn for not only making the best pizza I've ever gotten from Big Papa's but for taking the time out (while you were pretty busy) to offer to get the drinks, making me laugh, and not rushing me out the door like most people do these days.“

“I placed an order online for delivery. Unfortunately, my order went to Door Dash to deliver, but the driver wasn't so honest. I contacted the store, which had their General Manager on site named Rick. Rick was quick to contact the third-party delivery partner to quickly resolve this issue at hand. DD wasn't able to reach their driver, so Rick had put in my order to be remade and expedited and also gave me a credit towards my next purchase. I actually felt relieved after talking with him and seeing that he actually cares for his customers. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the vicinity of their footprint.“

You can tell the management at this location is top tier and you can tell the employees have a spirit of excellence here. This is the only Papa John’s location we’re eating from for the foreseeable future.“
