They have moved to an off site shore call center. This made it difficult for what I wanted to order. Worse though was that I called a different store,but the rep was placing my order at this store because it was closest the way the crow flies. The store itself delivered good quality food on time. Just a pain to drive extra because of the ordering system

You always look like you hate your job. Was there yesterday and you said you don't have garlic bread and chicken bites but they do and you don't care to help anyone. WeWe will find a different papa johns.

We had the best experience on food, service, and overall quality! We ordered delivery of 5 large pizzas for a birthday party around dinner time. The driver delivered on time and was friendly. The pizza was warm and everyone enjoyed it! We couldn’t have asked for better service/pizza. I highly recommend this location!

My bad! I should have looked at the reviews before I ordered. I placed an order for delivery 24hrs before I needed it. that gave them 24 hours to figure out how to get it 15 min down the road ON TIME. yet my pizza was over an hour late. DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FROM HERE. LET IT ROT AWAY.
Additionally.. ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE!!! would give 0 stars if I could, whoever is in charge need to no be in charge anymore.
