PK Noodles is a laid-back spot with fast service and very good food at a reasonable price. The portions are just right, and the staff is friendly. The menu items, such as the fried shrimp rolls with sweet chili sauce and the P.K special with two meats, are amazing. The pho, including the rare steak and meatball option, is consistently top-notch and a treat for the soul.
