Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This is a shame, I paid 30 dollars for two orders and it was only fried flour, I paid for a large order and they gave me a small one and they did not recognize me when I complained, the shrimp never existed, only fried flour😒

It's Popeyes. Our food came out fast and fresh.

Employees are no help, the manager herself is rude asf terrible customer service , definitely do NOT recommend this Popeyes at all. They need new employees, and definitely a new manager.

2/16 time is now 11:14 placed doordash order, doordash sent multiple drivers arrive at location to be told they are not open because they are short staffed. Get it together popeyes. Googles says they are open at 10am its not anybody elses fault yall have no workers and im pretty sure people apply and yall dont hire anyone. Only took a leep of faith to order from here because i had points about to expire.

Go through the drive-thru, sit at the speaker for 10min while the sorry employees look at you from the inside. No one ever come to the speaker to take my order. Needless to say, l drove off.

They couldn't fill my Uber order, but sent it through anyway which screwed over the driver. These people are completely incompetent.

Literally here right now, just spent 30 minutes waiting on my food, went in to the store, my food sitting there getting cold.

Ordered a 12 piece through drive thru. Came home and checked it after waiting 20 minutes in my car for them to bring it out, was told we were waiting on fries... got 10 pieces, 5 wings, 2 thighs, 2 legs, and a breast. Fries were old too. Can't get through when calling to talk to someone and have an upset tired toddler that won't stand for me to put him back in the car to go back to the store to get this fixed. Horrible location. These people working there can't even count!!!

Worst experience ever no sides no chicken for 2 hours I will never come to this location again management rude Saturday 6/26/2021 visit at 7:30 pm just leaving

I’m back editing my review three years later January 3, 2025 is so sad that The owner of the store doesn’t care enough to even respond to the complaints of the customers. They just don’t care if they lose customers apparently because I’ve been contacted whether it was a good review or bad to show that they do care and appreciate the reviews. They do not care about the customers I still would not eat at this location. I’ve seen even worse reviews for this place. It’s just horrible.

The manager and the employees working today November 13th at opening were such a pleasure. I don't live near this location but I sure wish I did. I had the best interaction with them. Everything so super hot and fresh and they very attentive. Will definitely visit this location again!

Don't do it. Had to bring back bad food yet as I stood there they continued to sell food.
Then we're very slow and impolite with complaints.
