These people have the worst attitude when you're trying to order your food they just chop you off y'all going to mess trying to go out of business because these people here you got working in here they are so rude it's so ridiculous my husband could not finish even ordering our food so we just took over your order or whatever she had and we just paid and left after we set for 15 minutes waiting for our food I'm almost at the point of hate coming here

Placed an order online for pickup and when I arrived they told me they didn't any of what I had ordered. On top of that, getting my money back was a lengthy process. Never again

The drive Thur is built in a crazy position with barely enough room from cars to drive Thur and it’s very dark in this drive Thur at night my food was cold and fries was greasy and not fresh

Impatient and rude especially drive thru. Horrible customer service.
They giving out raw chicken and bad service. After giving me 9 pieces of a mix of raw, burnt, cold and soggy chicken I took it back and was refused a refund she said all she could do was remake it even though I brought back food and a receipt why would I want raw chicken two days in the row I was the third person to bring back the chicken and still could not get my money back
